Fans of GT3, Monaco is the most challenging and fun track to race around with your car, albeit the super sharp corners can make you frustrated.

i think it is the funnest if you are in an F1 car...... otherwise it gets boring slowing down all the time to take a big car around it

monaco rules.... shame have to get to section E in arcade to unlock it for 2 player....

yeah... it should have been unlocked earlier so that you can play it with all your friends sooner

Um, yes... and-?

I don't think so. I think they only included it because it's an F1 track. Why couldn't they have put Spa in instead?

GVS is my favourite track.

Monaco is the best track period, never really makes me frustrated though.

Monaco, is quite challenging. I enjoy it with the smaller cars. The most fun I had there was in the Pro FF series. I ran my Lupo there and kicked butt and took names.

im on the last race in series in the honda cup in amateur. i have already started with the integra (311hp) but now its so hard to beat the NSX. i would appreciate any help.

I guess it's all about licensing. If they included Spa, or most other real circuits, they'd probably have to pay the circuit for the rights to use it in the game. As Monaco is really just a load of streets with barriers around it, I guess they can just use it, whereas some of Spa is an actual circuit (I think), which would probably have cost Polyphony some money!

Spa's actually a public road too!

This is the likeliest reason why they couldn't name it Monaco. Instead it's called "the blue beach" in french.

Beans: if you're already in the series and can't come up with a win you'll need to tweak the suspensino and gearing abit. try moving the Gear Auto setting to a lower number. This will increase you acceleration, in turn, lowering your top end. But it's really about accelerating out of the corners here. The other suggestion, is to drop your ASM to 3, and your TCS to 1. This will increase your cars ability to corner.

Hope this helps.

Well, I've only run Monaco a few times so far, and only in a TT. It is kind of fun, but I haven't developed a rhythm for it yet, like I have for Seattle. It's a little too LONG short short short LONG short short to be really fun yet.

Maybe after I run the Enduro...

Oh, and welcome aboard, Beans! I second AO's suggestion to cut back the stability/traction control. As soon as I get a new car I do three things: change the oil, set the stability control to 1, and traction control to 1 or 2 depending on the power-to-weight ratio.
