Just as I get worried that it might not come today (Parcelforce usually deliver around 1PM in my area), a red Parcelforce van rolls up. Finally got the game at 2.27PM, so if you are still waiting for the Signature Edition to be delivered here in UK there is still hope until 5.30PM.

Agree completely! I didn't want the chance to win a driving experience or whatever ShopTo offered over the stealth cars. Also my mate and I ordered shopto/ play.com for KZ2, and my play copy arrived early, his on release day.
I was hoping for the same again, but they delivered on release day so no real worries. Also, I believe you need a signature for ShopTo whereas you don't with play.com.

cool! I thought all shopto stuff required a signature, which is what puts me off them as our local pick up office is right in town, and is only open between 6am and 12pm so is a pain to get parcels (as i live in huddersfield and work in manchester).
May have to consider them later, and I hope you are right about the stealth cars, ha.
Quick question about them...seen as they are DLC, can you use the codes on 5 ps3's like other DLC?
I ordered with play.com(UK) but still aint seen my copy through the post when i rang Play.com up the women gave me a fake name and a fake lie by saying
Our computer system is down today we can't check anything.
I asked her how the game will be delivered
She replied via Postman
I go Ok
but the postman has been and gone
her reply wait for 2 hours and then ring us back
Great Customer Service Play.com u lot have spoilt my day off which i should be playing GT5
p.s They gave me the codes for the stealth and with they can turn that sumbit"h sideways straight up Jersey and shuv it up allllllllllllll their employee a####

Unlucky, are you still going to pick up a copy from the Game store as you mentioned earlier or just go to to the London depot to pick it up or wait until tomorrow?
Are you at work, hence why you missed the delivery attempt or did they just make that up? Luckily it was my day off University today so I could be in to receive it.
(Quick note, can you get the regular Standard or Collectors edition so us slow guys can have a chance of winning the SLS AMG
. Just joking, whoever wins the car deserves it as they have to be the best in the world of the owners of the GT5 Signature Edition.)

My copy just got to the fedex facility around 7am and now is out for delivery. So should on my doorstep when I get home. Yay. 
Mr. Postie arrived and duely deposited a brown package through the door. My Wife immediately thought it was something nice for her and opened it. Joy of Joys a gleaming, shrink wrapped copy of GT5 dropped onto the kitchen table.

Why are you phoning play.com to complain ???
Their delivery clearly states 3-5 days, which means this is second class postage. Assuming you got your confirmation of postage on Friday evening as most did the game could turn up tomorrow or Friday and they will have still done what they said they would.
Play are not responsible for the postal service fella. Your gonna have to live with that one.
As already noted - go out and get a copy from somewhere else and then just return the unwrapped one to where ever yo got it from

My order from Amazon US still says "Shipping Soon". That needs to hurry up and change.
Got my CE today that was dispatched on Friday. However my dad has not got his yet. Just be prepared to see the box completely crushed. That's how mine arrived
because they decided that a paper thin mail bag is good enough protection for a card case... Sent them an email to see what they say. I don't collect damaged items. They are worthless.
