My CE from GameStop's website still says "verifying", even after I talked to someone on the phone last night and he said it would ship last night and arrive today. Hmmm.

Won't even allow any sort of tracking even though the icon is there either. :(

I must commend UPS on their great service.
My game was routed to the wrong shipping hub.
They sent a truck @ 6am this morning to get it to the
correct one, so I would get it today.
Showed up 20 minutes ago, and is now loading 👍:)
 
Just got the game at the store. It's taking forever to install now.
 
Yes! I got mine at 10:10 in the morning. Walked into the GameStop and there were 7 people already in line. I'm so glad this game finally came out; it all feels surreal. :drool:

Installing the game as we speak. :D
 
^^^ I know. Walked into WalMart last night at 11:00pm and saw 5 copies sitting in the game cases. I was like....it's actually happening.
 
I won't get mine till 11/30. Pretty bummed a bit for not having it today. GS shipped it yesterday.
 
Ordered the Collectors Edition from Play.com 3 months ago, still no sign of it. I took the afternoon off work as well and I'm supposed to be in tomorrow from just after midday which is around the usual time my postman usually comes:(

Just a little update.

Contacted Amazon.co.uk about why my item was just sitting in Stoke depot since 1:30am and quess what?

11 minutes later and its now on a van and on its way.

Way to go Ganesh T C at Amazon UK.

Who says a little kind worded prodding doesn't work :)
 
My copy from Newegg has arrived! $48 for GT5 on release day...it's a beautiful thing!
 
has anyone got there GT5 from zavvi? i got dispatch notice last saturday and my card was charged on friday. :(

Weird. Mine (SE) did not even install (no installation bar) and went straight to intro then menu!!!

@_@ Not that I am complaining.....

My UPS truck usually comes in the evening, so I've got another 5-8 hours to go. :(
 
My CE just arrived via UPS from Gamestop at 12:36 PM EST! I've been playing SE since 8:30 AM this morning. I picked it up at Target at 8:03 AM. SE will go to my friend after work this evening! Everybody enjoy their games.

Ah I rang up my local depot and it was there! Crises averted, it's just installed :D I live in uni halls so it's understandable that Parcelforce have a problem sometimes, they have no keys to get in! Royal Mail do though.

On Monday Amazon send me a email saying it had been dispatched, from a pre-order over a year old. Here's hoping it arrives tomorrow!
 
Tip for some of you if your Amazon Delivery is Late

Whinge and Complain a Bit

I sent 3 Emails and rang them Twice

Without me Knowing they Bumped my Order onto a 24hour Delivery courier Rather than there usual Shipping Method of Royal Mail Parcel Farce

Oh I didn't get Charged anymore on the Postage Either it still worked out as £1.98

I had to re order my Collectors edition from amazon uk due to a credit card issue. They despatched it this morning with first class delivery but heres the problem.
They sent it with HDNL courier service, I've had a look around and they have had awful reviews. The estimated delivery on amazon is for tomorrow but I'm worried it won't even come tomorrow.
Has anyone here had any experience with the HDNL service?

I got mine from gameplay.com yesterday and have been very happy with it up until half an hour ago.

My save game has already became corrupt after the game crashing in online mode. I was up to level 14 aswell with a lot of gold trophies done.

I would like to make a thread about this to warn everybody else but it not let me!

I don't think I have been online without my game crashing in some way or trapping me on loading screens etc. It is always something new.

Sorry for the off topic comment but I don't want this to happen to other people.
 
i had my CE pre ordered with Play.com for like 4-5 months and it didnt show up at all today, everyone else seemed to get theirs from play.com even though they probably only ordered it a week ago, Play.com are a joke now, im never using them again, never ever again, always gonna be Amazon from now on, its just such a joke that nearly everyone got it before me, yet i pre ordered for months and waiting without complaining at all, all i can do now is hope is comes tomorrow.
