The Nukeshot Endurance Series is a championship featuring 2 categories: GT3/Gr.3 and LMP/Gr.1.

The 2 categories are split into 2 separate races per week.

The BoP used will be the one provided by Gran Turismo.

There are 4 championships up for grabs in total. For both the Gr.1/LMP and Gr.3/GT3 categories, there will be 2 championships; the Drivers Championship, and the Teams Championship.

Teams consist of up to 2 cars, with an option for a substitute if a member can't make it to the race.

1st: 25pts
2nd: 18pts
3rd: 15pts
4th: 12pts
5th: 10pts
6th: 8pts
7th: 6pts
8th: 4pts
9th: 2pts
10th: 1pt
Fastest lap: 2pts

Track limits are 2 wheels on track or kerb.

As a general rule, we encourage all competitors to drive as clean and fair as possible.

Any incidents you want investigating after the race MUST BE REPORTED to me, and action up to a 5 points penalty will be taken. Race/championship bans will only occur under drastic circumstances.

There are no livery restrictions, and you can choose between a regular racing number, or a custom designed one. Teams must use liveries on their cars that somewhat resemble each other, but can have slight modifications in places.

When writing your entry (preferably in our PS4 community, 'Nukeshot Motorsport'), you must include your team name (even if you run as a single entry), car, race number and tyre manufacturer. Providing a picture of your livery in your post would also be appreciated.

18:30: Lobby opens and qualifying for race 1 (Gr.3/GT3) instantly begins. If space, reserves are contacted.

19:00: A quick check for any late entries on GTPlanet. If none, then race 1 begins. Race 1 lasts for 40 minutes. When the race finishes there will be a short break until the qualifying for race 2 (Gr.1/LMP).

20:00: Qualifying for race 2 begins. If space, reserves are contacted.

20:15: Another quick check for late entries on GTPlanet. If clear, race 2 will start. Race 2 also lasts for 40 minutes.

Race settings: Grid start (GT3), Rolling start (LMP), Fastest first, boost off, real slipstream, visible damage on, mechanical damage heavy, tyre wear 5x, fuel consumption (3x GT3)(5x LMP), real grip reduction, 180 seconds race finish delay (so everyone can complete the lap they're on), no ghosting, flag rules on, no countersteering assistance, no auto-drive.

The race settings are identical to the regular GT3 race settings, except the following:
Tyre wear 3x.
Fuel consumption 2x.
Mechanical damage light.

Preview: Maggiore (Italy)
Round 1: Monza (Italy)
Round 2: Brands Hatch (Britain)
Round 3: Dragon Trail (Croatia)
Round 4: Suzuka (Japan)
Round 5: Interlagos (Brazil)
Round 6: Nurburgring (Germany)
Round 7: Mt Panorama (Australia)

The preview event is scheduled for Sunday April 8th 2018. All of the official rounds will happen on a weekly basis from then onwards. You can find individual dates at www.nes-gt.jimdo.com/calendar/
The special event takes place on June 10th

When a race is in session, using the text chat feature in game is prohibited. Please leave your thoughts for after the race, as it could be a potential distraction for other drivers otherwise.

If you would like to participate, submit your entry on our PS4 community 'Nukeshot Motorsport'. If not possible, then submit your entry here. If you are looking for a team to join, ask around the PS4 community or here to see if anyone offers you a place

If you have any questions, ask them here!

Hope to see you for Season 3!

At some point in the future, I plan to archive some more memories of previous seasons with 'Driver Notes'. These will contain a bit of information about all of our competitors from Season 1 onwards, similar to the FRL Dictionary. Some of the information included will be "first season:" And "team history:"

Welcome to the Archives of the Nukeshot Endurance Series! This will be updated over time. We're keeping Driver Notes here, as well as the previous champions, and lap records recorded from Season 3 onwards.

Name/PSN: First NES.
Summary.
Team History.

AstroRobot: Season 1.
Astro is one of the originals of the NES, competing regularly in the 25 Minutes of LeMans races before S1. Although he never had much in terms of success, Astro was still a decent driver who would never give up until the checkered flag.
S1 (GT): Britannica GT Corvette
S2 (GT): Britannica GT Corvette
S2 (LMP): BMW Motorsport/Bentley Racing
BlackWindowRaam: Season 1.
Raam was a dominating force in the GT field during S1, and eventually managed to take the drivers title that season. Their pure talent combined with arguably the best machinery made "Raamstappen" a very tough opponent.
S1 (GT): BWT Citroën Total
S2 (GT): Lamborghini Racing Team (LRT)/V.E.R.T Motorsport Lexus
S2 (LMP): Private Entry
CrazyJohn: Season 1.
Founder of VERT, CrazyJohn was competitive in S1 but lacked any major success. In S2 however the Greek driver established himself as the man to beat in the GT category, which he won. CJ will certainly be one to watch for S3.
S1 (LMP): V.E.R.T Motorsport Audi
S2 (GT): V.E.R.T Motorsport Lexus
S2 (LMP): V.E.R.T Motorsport Toyota
Dirten: Season 1.
Although a regular in the 25 Minutes of LeMans, Dirten only competed in the NES once at Twin Ring Motegi in S1, using the very competitive Peugeot 905B alongside Nilsemann. He'll be hoping to be on the pace for S3.
S1 (LMP): RLA_PREMIUM Motorsports
FirstSleeper: Season 2.
FirstSleeper is one of 4 generic Nissan drivers that didn't have much significance in the larger scheme of things. The Maltese driver only competed in S2's Monza race, where he qualified second to last and didn't finish.
S2 (GT): Nissan Motorsports
FunnyTroll: Season 1.
The Rainmaster himself, and S1 GT Teams champion. FunnyTroll was the only driver capable of taking the fight to Raam that season, and on his way to glory claimed a famous victory at a soaking wet Spa Francorchamps. How will he do in S3 after missing a season?
S1 (GT): McLaren Motorsport
S2 (LMP): Pescarolo Racing Team (PRT)
GTO: Season 1.
Another regular competitor in the 25 Minutes of LeMans, GTO wasn't the fastest driver on the grid. However there were some noteworthy performances, including pole position at S1's Silverstone race, and together with Satis he became the unexpected first LMP teams champion.
S1 (LMP): Renown Racing
GT_Juju: Season 2.
Juju joined the NES midway through S2 at Daytona, where he unfortunately disconnected. However despite this setback he established himself as the best rookie of the season, taking a decent 4th at Apricot Hill and an impressive drive at Nurburgring... until he ran out of fuel.
S2 (GT): HTP Motorsport Mercedes
G_Power: Season 2.
Dominated LMP while he was competing, lapping the whole field at Monza. This prompted OffApple as series organiser to modify the performance of G_Power's V12 LMR, which he protested against up to the point of leaving the championship.
S2 (GT): Britannica GT Corvette
S2 (LMP): BMW Motorsport
Gagen: Season 2.
Originally just a GT driver, Gagen decided for the last round of S2 at Nurburgring to branch out into LMP as well, buying one of the 2 Toyota 88C-V's off of VERT when they switched to the TS020. He managed to get on the podium at Daytona with 3rd in GT, which was his best result.
S2 (GT): Raybrig Racing/Private Entry
S2 (LMP): Minolta Toyota
Gray: Season 1.
Gray first showed up at S1's Laguna Seca race as a private entry using a Peugeot 908. After finishing 5th, the Brit was quickly signed up with PRT, and at the next race at Apricot Hill Pescarolo took a front row lockout in qualifying.
S1 (LMP): Private Entry/Pescarolo Racing Team (PRT)
GrumpyNerd: Season 1.
GrumpyNerd was a regular at the 25 Minutes of LeMans, where he was relatively competitive. However that wasn't the case when he was faced with the S1 monsoon at Spa Francorchamps. Unfortunately G-Nerd left the NES afterwards.
S1 (LMP): Toyota Gazoo Racing
Gugas: Season 1.
Gugas was contracted mid-S1 by Astro, and his first race in the NES at Apricot Hill didn't go too well. Despite that, the following season he joined BSC and founded Audi Sport with ex-commentator Sniparator, and he won both LMP championships.
S1 (GT): Britannica GT Corvette
S2 (GT): Baltic Sea Competition Honda
S2 (LMP): Audi Sports Racing
Jim: Season 1.
Jim was the founder of Britannica GT, but only raced at S1's Twin Ring Motegi race. After a mistake 5 minutes into the race, he retired his Corvette. Jim decided to leave the NES, which passed on the torch of team manager to Astro.
S1 (GT): Britannica GT Corvette
Jontikis: Season 2.
In his only race of his short time competing, Jontikis managed to put his Lamborghini Diablo on pole against 9 other drivers. Despite the changeable conditions of Monza that season, he easily took the win and is the only driver in NES history with a perfect record.
S2 (GT): Lamborghini Racing Team (LRT)
Marcus_Lauda: Season 2.
Marcus wasn't the fastest, but this made race commentator OffApple become his biggest fan. At Tokyo R246 he had his best performance, even leading for a while. He also terrified the leaders of Apricot Hill after re-joining the track awkwardly.
S2 (GT): HTP Motorsport Mercedes
S2 (LMP): Pescarolo Junior Team
Nico_Neko: Season 2.
Nico was one of the 4 generic Nissan drivers of S2, who also entered an Audi R8 into LMP. Unfortunately they didn't have enough pace to threaten the big names, but they still managed a respectable 3rd position at Apricot Hill.
S2 (GT): Nissan Motorsports
S2 (LMP): Private Entry
Nikos (0399): Season 2.
Another generic Nissan driver, who actually had a different car at every race. For the last race of S2 he bought one of the 2 Toyota 88C-V's from VERT, which he retired after 49 seconds of racing. He managed 4th on 2 occasions.
S2 (GT): Nissan Motorsports/Raybrig Racing
S2 (LMP): Private Entry/Minolta Toyota
Nikos (19081997): Season 1.
The more successful of the Nikos', who managed to beat Nilsemann's points score to become the first LMP drivers champion of the NES. Nikos even managed to fend him off in an impressive drive at Laguna Seca, showing his skill.
S1 (LMP): Pescarolo Racing Team (PRT)
S2 (GT): Lamborghini Racing Team (LRT)
Nilsemann: Season 1.
The Mann to beat in S1, winning all of the races he competed in that season besides Laguna Seca. Nilse is without question the best driver not to win an NES championship of any kind. He returns for S3 hoping to change that statistic.
S1 (LMP): RLA_PREMIUM Motorsports
S2 (GT): RLA_PREMIUM Motorsports
OffApple: Season 1.
Organiser of the NES, OffApple took the first ever GT category win at S1's Monza race. With help from teammate FunnyTroll, he became the S1 GT teams champion. For S2 he retired from racing to commentate, but he will be racing again for S3.
S1 (GT): McLaren Motorsport
S2: Commentator
Satis: Season 1.
Satis was generally outshone by his teammate GTO during S1, however he consistently showed up to races and bagged crucial points. With their combined points total by the end of the season, Satis became the S1 LMP teams champion.
S1 (LMP): Renown Racing
Saulsterous: Season 2.
Saul only competed at the last race of S2 at Nurburgring. Having been an associate of OffApple on an arcade racing game, they lacked the experience that most other competitors had. They caused multiple collisions that they apologized for after the race.
S2 (GT): Audi Sport Team Phoenix
Sniparator: Season 1.
Original commentator of the NES, Sniparator switched the booth for the racing seat for S2. He formed Baltic Sea Competition, and joined Audi Sport, where he and Gugas had great success. They became S2's LMP Teams champions, and even have a B-team ready for S3.
S1: Commentator
S2 (GT): Baltic Sea Competition Honda
S2 (LMP): Audi Sports Racing
TNVJ-FRA: Season 2.
Joined the NES for the last round of S2 at Nurburgring, as another generic Nissan entry. TNVJ most notably qualified 2nd in the LMP race, and ended up finishing 3rd. For S3 he will team up with fellow Frenchman GT_Juju as Échappement Compétition for his first full season.
S2 (GT): Nissan Motorsports
S2 (LMP): Private Entry
TheKill: Season 2.
First raced at Apricot Hill in S2, where in the LMP race he cut across race leader Sniparator causing Snip to crash. He returned for Nurburgring where he was on the end of an almighty shunt from Saul that ended his race. Funny how that worked out for him.
S2 (GT): Private Entry
S2 (LMP): Private Entry
Vgo_ipod: Season 2.
Vgo competed from the start of the S2 season in the GT category, and later in LMP as well. Vgo tried to get a seat at VERT, however CJ never contracted him so he remained a private entry. He wasn't the safest of drivers, but he was nearly always there.
S2 (GT): Private Entry
S2 (LMP): Private Entry

Haha epic April fools joke!!!

1 week to go until the preview race at Lago Maggiore! For lobby joining purposes, I recommend all competitors have me on their PSN Friend List. My username is "offapple" (if that wasn't obvious enough).
Any other preparations should be made with haste.

Hope to see you on the track soon!

Ok I'll stop. I just hadn't had any confirmation about anything other than myself as a reserved LMP driver. I know nothing about the GT3 situation. For all I know, CJ might want to be a single entry in that category. I apologize for my lack of understanding, and for bringing this up as often as I have.
At the end of the day, whatever happens at VERT, I wish you the best for the season!
