Having two versions of the same track- wider and narrower just to accommodate online races? That's something Turn 10 (Forza) or EA would do. I'm pretty sure PD would never choose that route.

It says real location/Germany and the track is Nurburgring, it is too soon to speculate too much, but if location is indeed country ( 20 countries ) then Nurburgring consists of 3 variations, or does it count as only one?
See? Too much variables at this stage to make an accurate prediction.:)

It's plain as day to me, location is precisely that, a location. In this example, location is Nurburgring(and it's a real one), it has 3 layouts and the location is situated in Germany. I don't know what are you all confused about. It made sense to me from the beginning. Location=sight=piece of land, NOT a whole country! And on top of the location, there are different track layouts.
That's my take from day one.

p.s. Track looks awesome, apart from some close-to-the-track 2d trees and those silly sparks(they almost never appear car vs car).;)

Looks like the Nurburgring that we have been seeing for the last 6 months was indeed a high res version of the GT4 track.

Glad to see it's been improved. 👍
 
that german website promised Fulla lap in the Ring cant wait.

Germany location, granted for the time being, but it is variations not tracks which were mentioned ( 20 locations, 70 variations ).
So the Nordschleife/Nordschleife 24/ Nurburgring GP could be 1 variation ( consisting of 3 tracks ) or 3 variations of the same track.
Or even 2 variations ( Nordschleife and GP ) which are combined to create another track.
Just hope it is one variation, leaving 69 more options open but more realistically it is 3 variations.......:confused:

Or it is something completely different and speedfreak69 is right, anyway nice to have something to discuss again

I don't get depressed about possiblities not even confirmed yet, was just speculating and got myself confused.
20 countries is perhaps not right, but I'm also not fully convinced it should be ruled out, as most of us probably can't be for certain what it means.
Time, as always, will tell.........;)
 
I felt the speed is higher at 2xxkm/h(sorry) in the demo than that in GT5P. In other words, more exciting!

Those videos have km/h not m/h.

And yes the sense of speed seems to be greater.
 
Ahh, I knew there was going to be a new video today when I saw how many people were viewing the forum :P

It's that i say durring more one year. LOCATION = COUNTRY.

Amazing Nurb track. I wait race commisaires, and more peoples very near roads.

No doubt man, also the elevation changes through out track look amazing cant wait for GT5:tup:
 
Seeing that crash at the end gives me little hope for rollover on non-premium cars.
 
Only sad part is with the track update it has removed some of my favorite bumpy sections (as they were repaved in real life), Oh well I want it accurate. :D
 
The sound is pretty good, I'm fairly certain it's the Motul GT-R(It has the best sound out of the all cars heard so far in these GT5 demos).💡
