Chargers at Jaguars TONIGHT!

This is an entertaining matchup... if you consider a matchup of a 4-7 team (San Diego) and a 3-8 team (Jacksonville) entertaining. They'll still have losing records after this game, but that's what we have tonight- two losing teams likely not going to anybody's playoffs unless the NFL had its own NIT or non-BCS bowl games. Go play hard, Bolts and Jags!

This is a tricky one to pick.

Maurice Jones-Drew could single handedly win the game for the Jags.
Blaine Gabbert could single handedly lose the game.

Phillip Rivers could throw 300+ yards and secure the victory for the Bolts.
Phillip Rivers could throw a bunch of picks and lose the game for the Bolts.

However, I think the Chargers will win.

Doesn't really matter. Bolts have been a disappointment this year and you can't rely on them to win ANY game anymore.

If the Chargers do lose this game tonight, I'd be surprised if no sort of wholesale changes are made to try to make this team better for the future. Jack Del Rio already got pink slipped for the Jags some time ago. A number of changes would probably be needed for the Chargers to really be a winning team again.

Too bad the Chargers had to have horrible coaching and bad luck. From 2005-2008 they probably had the most talented team in the NFL.

Damn. With that win against the raiders, the Fins slid all the way down to #9 in the draft order. That's FOUR SPOTS! WTF DOLPHINS, LOSE!

The Monday Night match in favor of the Chargers to a 38-14 rout. So if you guessed the Chargers, you'd be right. This is good for me because it means my Texans will have just a bit more leeway in the AFC South race. Speaking of the Texans... Andre Johnson has himself another hamstring injury and is listed as day-to-day. T.J. Yates' next test will be on the road at Cincinnati. Have to see if he can lead my Texans into victory next NFL weekend. Because of a better strength of schedule, the Patriots and Ravens are ahead of my Texans. All three teams (NE, BAL, HOU) all have 9-3 records.

Another week is done. By the way... would you vote Tim Tebow for MVP of this season considering what he's done this season?

Is this a serious question? Tebow has done pretty good, but with the way other quarterbacks are playing Id have to say no.
Aaron Rodgers, Drew Brees, and Tom Brady are all having amazing seasons. He might be the MVP of the last 2 minutes, but hes been too inconsistent. The only reason Tebow is 6-1 is because the defense and Willis McGahee are putting him in situations to win the game. Peyton Manning deserves the MVP more than Tim Tebow.

No. Not even close. As somebody said Rodgers, Brees and Brady deserve it more than Tebow.

My Giants got robbed this weekend. Seems the NFL officials couldn't have their precious undefeated GB monster team to lose to a struggling big blue. Oh well!!

There's crazy fans in all sports supporting all teams but the images show clear as day it was a TD. This was a TD review which the refs had a 2nd look and still went against the right call! I'm a HUGE footy/soccer fan so I know more than enough about bad calls happen from time to time especially when there's no tech nor stoppage of play to review a play but a TD review by the refs, using video technology should give us no reason whatsoever for a bad call to occur like that. All you need is 1 image that he's inbounds to rule in favor of the Giants as a TD, and it's clear as day there yet the refs during review called it out of bounds. What's the point in having reviews and video tech if it's not going to be called right???

1 view showed it as a TD, the rest of the views showed it wasn't. Therefore, it is not a touchdown.

Sounds simple to me.

From all angles if it shows it's not a TD then you rule it not a TD. If 1 view, the better/right view, shows it as a TD then it's a TD.

Sounds simple to me as well. ;)

And I see the photo and he looks out of bounds and this has nothing to do with a replay or anything.

I see it in bounds. His knee was down inside the TD area, not on the line, not out of bounds past the line.

Doesn't matter, what's done is done.

No way, He will never win it anyway as long as there are guys like Rogers, Brady, and Brees playing in the league.

People, the reason why I asked about Tim Tebow for MVP was because of various people talking about Tim Tebow as if he should get MVP votes. I have to stir the pot somewhat. So that's why I brought up the Tebow discussion. Still, can't fault this guy too much for what he's done.

If Tebow gets MVP votes, Matt Moore is going into the Hall of Fame.

Holy crap, Brandstater? Like, the guy that used to be on the Dolphins practice squad?

We got Cleveland at Pittsburgh tonight. Any chance the Steelers doesn't rough up rough up the Browns beyond recognition? We'll see what Cleveland can do tonight in the Steel City...

I'm a Tebow supporter, but it's obvious the Denver Defence keeps him in the game. If they get into the playoffs, we'll see.

Aaron Rodgers will probably get MVP, at this stage. Still undefeated and their defence isn't that great.
