I fully expect the Nissan LMP1 to be in the update, and I fully expect it to be a lot faster in the game than it will prove to be in real life two weeks later.

Why? Because PD also has a history of putting cars in the game that they haven't had their hands on before they modeled them, and they generally turned out to be over-performing massively. And since the Nissan LMP1 is so new that even the team hasn't tested it enough, PD sure as hell doesn't have enough data to model it accurately.

I hope I'm wrong.

Well almost all LMPs and Group C cars are overpovered and some GT1 car... So its nothing new...

There's some examples of underperforming cars too, like the Mclaren F1 having a lesser top speed and I believe the 12C in GT5 was worse than the actual version.

Don't get your hopes up. Also, my speculation is that Yas Marina will be added for the last round. Again, just speculation.

They should update Curcuit de La Sarthe or add COTA of Dubai trackwise... The Peugeot VGT will drop with the Nissan LMP1. Everything else is up in the air...

Wishing, expecting, and speculation are all different things. From what I have seen here for the most part is the latter of the three.

The Peugeot is no slouch, and if the GT-R LM is not a hybrid, the Peugeot will indeed trounce it.

in the video about the Peugeot VGT they said that it accelerates as fast as an F1 or something like that I don't remember exactly what the words were but I'm assuming that the peugeot will be pretty fast, but there's a strong chance that it won't be faster than the Nissan.

I don't see why we wouldn't since that is the car which will be running next month, Nissan probably won't mind having an half-finished car in the game since they've been so open about testing and how badly they've struggled. It would also open up the option for an update next year when the car is working properly as a chance to say "look how far we've moved forward".
