In an article/interview with Kaz, he said there will be a lot more wheels to choose from. Plus, choosing the correct wheel for you type of car will improve your cars performance. Plus, there will be more wheel vedors, as well as old school wheel designs.

I dunno if they're going to include more "mod" stuff this time around. Wheels were good enough for me - I mean, the game has always been about the driving, not the look of the car - although I do miss the "race prep" cars in GT2. Hopefully that makes a comeback!
