''Cylinder press'', 93kg 205lbs. Couldn't go heavier because there was no space left on the bar.
I invented this exercise out of boredom, I have found no evidence anywhere of other people doing this kind of press. Probably because its awkward and also possibly dangerous.....well, just like me!
This is 13 or 14 years ago and where I picked up my desire to drive a racecar someday even though this was just a simulator. I credit the awesome feeling I felt of being in a racecar let alone one actually driven by Jeff Gordon before it's conversion to a sim for it, along with the fact that I always loved the Pepsi schemes Jeff ran in these years.
