Define natural. If you mean anabolics, I have never touched them. Protein, creatin, vitamins, foooood, and lifting 5 days a week is what I do.

My only issue with the app is not being able to differentiate between users and the staff. Tell someone to walk away from a heated discussion and all of a sudden they end up with a warning because they're smarting off to you.

Moral - be excellent to each other. Especially if you don't know who the other guy is.
