Yeah, as it was attached to my military-style cap it was quite hard to move my head around lugging that thing. Should-ve gotten a smaller one, in retrospect. ;)

I couldn't even if I wanted to. It would mess up my sleep pattern again and I have only just got to the point of not going to bed at 5am.
 
I'll most likely fall asleep on the couch, somewhere between 3 and 4, wake up around 7, go to bed till 10, and continue the action until I'm forced to leave and most likely will miss the end of the race.

Actually made that pic to prove something to someone.

Good job mate! I never use a leg drive either when doing these, just feels like cheating. Keep up the good work 👍

Yeah, when using legs its no longer a shoulder exercise, its like jumping the weight and pushing your body underneath the weight instead of actually lifting it. You can do way more weight that way which is great if you want to show off (or doing a strongmen competition) but as exercise to increase strength I definitely prefer strict press.

And here I am talking about lifting again, I'm going to stop now lest I bore everyone to death around here. :scared:
