Thats why developing a strong core is so extremely important - a good core (abs, obliques, diaphragm, mid & lower back) will literally ''wrap'' around your spine and become hard as concrete preventing your spine from bending or getting squished into unnatural positions when lifting heavy stuff. Train your core strength, people! 👍

I've never heard that one before. haha. I have heard that I look like so many different people, that I don't think that two people have said that I look like the same person.
