Not if you've grown up with and always been taught using something else.

I don't understand why so few people recognise 'bucketloads', 's***loads', 'enough to drown in' and 'friggin loads' as standardised units of measurement.

True, but I still find easier to: i.e. divide or multiply a number by 10, 100, 1000, etc. to change from meter to decameter, hectometer, kilometer, etc. and vise versa.

Don't forget about c*** hair. I believe thats the smallest unit of measure in your system.

I'm in need of a haircut, I think.
I was honestly just wondering the other day where Brad was & then I realized, "SOB's down enjoying Florida." :)
Anyway I'm going to ignore your opinions and listen to the various females who have complimented me on how I dress instead. Cos.....well, yeah.
I hope one of these 'various females' isn't the girl in the picture....

That's me on an early morning stroll around uni.

I hope the somewhat savage fashion police on GTP (wow - I never knew there could be such a thing) don't rip me to shreds lol.

Good news everyone!

I'll be down in San Diego most of next week!

(Otherwise, my best explanation is that work is keeping me super busy. I'm lame.)

It was actually a blue shorts convention, the fact that everyone was wearing yellow shirts was merely a coincidence.

Family reunion, midnight drunken ride... there's...some...thing...behind the train!! Ahhhh! Du nu nu nu Du nu nu nu

Bought a T-shirt in preparation for Aug 20 - 22nd when I'll see TMBG 3 times in 3 days, and that makes me feel a bit older...

Me, on holiday in France with my family in August 1990. Aged 16:

Either the shirt has stretched massively in 20 years, or your neck has shrunk. :p

How much did you have to pay to convince the person to let you take a picture inside their car?

Awesome! :p

Well, since we're posting old mug shots, here's one of mine from 1995, when I was a Sergeant in the Royal Dutch Army.

My son (blue jacket, black shorts) the assistant water polo coach doing his duty, and my other son in the water next to (left) the girl in red. Yes, girl. She was a ringer. Damn, she was good!

My two boys, assistant coach on the right, team member on the left, next to the coach. My son finished third. Not bad, for the team they had.
