I'm torn between Litten and Popplio. I like cats, but I usually choose the Water-type starters (my Omega Ruby Blaziken was an exception to the rule).

Also, a post-game centered around Unova - like @Brend stated - would be lit(...ten). Something like in Gold/Silver/Crystal/HeartGold/SoulSilver, where you can go to Kanto after beating the Pokémon League. I'd love to face the Unova Elite Four once again- they're my personal favorites of the lot. :D

Good job I like the look of the fire starter as I always choose the fire starter. After fighting and psychic fire starters this one might be dark?

Grass and flying all in one? Sign me up! Oh and it's an owl? Awesome! I won't have to struggle to a decision like I did in sinnoh

Well it most likely is Hawaii since the name is Alola Region.

As for the starters, i love all 3 of them, probably my favorite trio since Sinnoh. But my favorite as usual is the grass starter Rowlet.

Personally when I first saw the starters, my reaction was "mother of god they look like fakemon..."

But then after a closer look, I realized Litten was actually kinda lit and Rowlet was okay-ish (if a bit boring). Popplio still comes across as a bit derpy to me though.

I find Popplio to be so cute :D. Litten in my opinion is alright though I do find Rowlet to be rather dull except for its typing.

Rowlet: Cute but Grass/Flying Type is not very good to add another weakness to ice. Hopefully can be at least 2nd best grass/flying. Anything lower would make it unusable.
Litten: Hello likely feline version of Houndoom.
Popplio: Cute but reminds me too much of other water starters.

I don't know, any Pokemon can be usable with the exception of few. Besides people said the same about Talonflame especially being 4x weak to rock, until they discovered its OP Hidden Ability. Types don't determine whether a Pokemon is "good" it is all in the stats, moveset and ability and even then skilled players can use Pokemon that can be considered weak in really effective matters.

If it isn't the 2nd strongest at least, then either Hoppip or Tropius would outdo it. There are only 4 grass/flying families and I was placing Shaymin ahead of it.

Most Pokemon with same typing tend to have something to make them different than others. Do people not use Mega Charizard because of Talonflame, No. Because they both have something to bring to the table for Fire/Flying. Not to mention all the Pure types out there and Dragon/Flying. This Pokemon might have different stats to Tropius and Jumpluff and a different moveset plus a different hidden ability to give this Pokemon a chance in sunlight :p.

It concerns me that we only know this Pokemons type and what standard ability it has and you are already worried about being "weak" and "unusable". Most Pokemon are unique incase of their Types, Stats, Ability and Moveset combo so no Pokemon can do the exact same thing but better.

Mew is available to download in Europe with code MEW2016 now.

A friend of mine who plays Pokémon told me that just yesterday! Also, Manaphy codes to celebrate the series' 20th anniversary are available through the Nintendo Network up until the 24th of this month! 👍

In other news, more Sun & Moon info incoming in a little over 4 hours.

Don't ever board the hype train :P. They tend to crash around these parts.

Just sit and relax :P

I was hoping for the starter evolutions but this is just as good. Really great that they showed which character is who now so there's no more guessing.

The region looks amazing with all the islands, makes it feel bigger. Also, i feel that they still haven't shown the full region since there are too many clouds in the picture and they could be hidding more. Looks suspicious to me.

I honestly think it is just the Kalos region for Post-Game since we never got a Zygarde story.

Could easily be expandable to have one here.
Could be, but it also feels a little out of place for a Zygarde story, many things in Kalos that involve Zygarde I want to know more about.

Pokemon Sun and Moon Zygarde 10% and Complete Form trailers.

Yes! Just what I've been hoping for to happen in the games!

Nah, I want it to be more like Noctowl and make it more Slower and Strategic. Tired of Physical Attacking, Speed Birds :P.

I love this new little guy. Its so cute.

With all the gameplay they showed at E3 earlier today, this game is so beautiful.

I'm loving Yungoos so much, it looks amazing and it seems to be an amazing Pokemon to play judging by its abilities.

Stakeout (one of Yungoos ability) is the Ability, I didn't know I wanted, Double Damage whenever there is a Switch. I'm so happy it exists as constant switching has always been a problem and its solvers before hand (Entry Hazards) are either massively broken (Stealth Rock) or take very long to be fully used well (Spike & Toxic Spikes).

I'll need a spot for Yungoos, I don't care if its this Gen Ratatta, I love everything about it :D.
