Wardez, is it OK if I change to the Oreca Viper? I've got the #51 Viper and absolutely LOVE IT. No problem doing 2:18s and 2:17s, at that. Awesome car, so can I change? I've already qualified in that wretched Citroen, but am I allowed? Thanks -

Also, this may be wishful thinking, but could I requalify in my Viper? :O

Right now, I'm the only one in Room B. So I'm feeling lonely. :(

Just hit a 2:17.001 by the way. :)

I don't want to b*tch or troll, but I don't really like the qualifying setup. I think we should have an hour long qualifying session before the race. This is actually more realistic to what they do in real life. :indiff:
 
I love this type of qualifying. Puts a lot of pressure on the driver to push hard but at the same time any mistakes really cost you.
 
Ah, sorry Scott, if you want to switch teams you're effectively giving up your qualifying time and will have to be treated like you got a new chassis so you'll be starting at the back, but you'd be first on the waiting list.

Glad you like your Viper though, MOPAR OR NO CAR BRO

In other news, I did my quali. ended up getting in two laps almost exactly the same. First hotlap was a 2:09.8 and the second a bit behind... which is weird.

but anyway, I guess I'm happy? ... might not make D1 by a hair, but we'll see, gonna be an interesting night at work watching the times roll in that's for sure!

Gonna take a nap now, a well deserved... nap... ahh.

So far, I've calculated this much.

As far as LMP goes, Tony will most certainly race in Room A, as well as w-g-e and probably DragonGT. Otto, Wardez, and mcfizzle are on the bubble, I think. I'm certain Fabio and Biffy are going to race in Room B, and it is certain that Alex will.

As far as GTE goes, Remy will be the obvious favorite, and I think R1600Turbo, Michouw, gippone, and JTV are going to Room B. I'm gone for certain!

Interested to see what Mule and Dr. Watson can do.

Yeah, I suppose so! Timothy Flammger, a.k.a. Dr. Watson, just qualified with a great 2:15.847. I thought the Citroen was bad. :scared:

I'm around 1 1/2 seconds off of Watson's pace with the Viper, and about 5 1/2 with the Citroen. :crazy:

It's bad because I can't keep it in a straight line like I can with the Viper. But yes, it does indeed look like a shark had sex with a space ship. :yuck: :sly:
