Hmm, im not american either, fact is, there are many other people doing drag races as well, not only american, we have many from the uae, kuwait, saudi arabia, european countries, latin america etc.
Drag racing isnt only for americans, we live in a globalized world.
I cannot see how new cars could be released as DLC unless they are all over 1mil credits - anything under that can be so easily duped by users that it would render the DLC unprofitable... Just a thought.
That shouldn't be an issue. If someone with a DLC car tries to dupe or otherwise send it to someone who doesn't have the DLC, then the car probably won't be recognized. Their game/console would say something like 'Uh...what?? ' It wouldn't know what to do with the file.
This happened to me in FM3, when I tried to give a car to a friend. It turns out he didn't have the DLC pack, so the car was just returned to me. Turn10 included a free sample car from each pack for download. With the sample car, players who didn't buy the pack would still be able to see a DLC car in an online race. If you entered a race against a DLC car and you didn't have the sample car, then the DLC car just appeared as a black VW Jetta.hehe
If PD really is doing DLC, then they will need to have a workaround for that issue as well.
I see this argument a lot, and it only gets you so far. PD has to stop adding content at some point, or else the game will never be released. Sure, there are some 2011 or even 2010 cars missing, but there needs to be some sort of cutoff point in order for the game to go gold so that production can begin.
I hear you. We don't really need anymore premiums from the R32-R34 generation. Maybe NISMO's 400R and an R34 Z-Tune, but the classic GT-Rs and the R31 GTS-R are more deserving of attention.

Rather not see any cars at all, beyond free updates to premium for what we have already. Any paid DLC hoping to get my money had better have new tracks and a whole bunch of events to go with them.

2011 mustangGT and V6, 2011 shelby gt500, 2011 sti hatch, Dodge magnumSRT8, evo wagon, Forester STI, Pontiac G8 GXP,
of cours all the old tracks if it needs to be paid this is one of the few games I would pay for considering I have played this game longer than any other and will continue to play it till GT6 its a good investment for me anyways. Some parts should be free as in the tracks but the cars can be paid I suppose
