He did buy one. He bought the Eunos, like everyone else.

Lolz, In all of the other older GTs I used to always use the Prelude, it was such a great starting car. I'm thinking I might use a Civic this time if possible, but if not, Prelude for sure!

I hope the GT4 '91 Prelude's tendency to be push in the corners like a sluggish pig is fixed with the new physics. But yeah, it's a fun car... decent power, if a touch heavier and not as sharp as a DC2 Integra.

Me. Just so I can do all the licenses and can earn more cars and money through that so I can start off with something nicer than a Miata. Not hating on a Miata but for a few grand more through doing licenses I can start with a premium FC 👍

I guess it really depends how much money we've got to start with but from memory in GT2 I started with an R33 Nissan GTS-t and built it up as I won more money. That's where GT comes in to its own, being able to buy older/cheaper cars and transform them. I always end up keeping my first car too funnily enough

Chris sayd that you can't, so I think you have to buy a car before entering licenses.

That would make sense - it was way too easy to get a million credits in GT4 without spending so much as one (if you knew what you were doing).

First buy the kart and take it to special events to make more money , read TRB's instructions, so really its not my first purchase, the Kart is.

first of all you have only 20.000 credits, and you're obliged to buy a car before you can enter anything(liscence, a-spec,...) and for that money you can only buy a small new car or a secondhand car(not premium) at level 1, the posibility's are very limited here, i got a Mitsu FTo from 94, there was also a celica available from 86, and others. I wanted to buy the best car i found in the list which was a Lancer III but coudn't because it was level 3..., So the first car you'll buy will depend on your secondhand carlist that is available..., sorry if i spoiled it for you guys

Yes they are available but you can only buy level 1 cars and you have only 20.000 Cr. and with that you can only buy a small premium car...(maybe a daihatsu or something like that)

I'm waiting for a list like this, too. For several days, now. There are none, yet.

The best car to start with that's premium is the MX5 Miata. That's it. Yes, there are two or three other premium cars, I think, but they're very under-powered compared to the MX5.

No credit or car transfers at all. Though, I believe you can get cars unlocked for 'arcade mode' with your PSP game save. That's it.

So, yes you have to start all over. The best tactic is to buy a kart, get your license(s) and then enter the kart races. The kart can be bought from the start, but can't be raced. It has 'level 1' which means you'll have to complete a license or two before you get to race it.

How much do you earn in the kart races? How many races are there and do you also earn prize cars and karts?
