If you're using Windows Vista or Windows 7 you're going to have to use your internet browser. Windows Photo Gallery doesn't support GIFs

Irfanview supports animation and transparency, and it's not a piece of junk like Windows Photo Gallery, which is a plus

Personally I think it's a blackish reflection within a water droplet.

Its the dirty water from pavement, not really brown looking, but you know you cant drink it haha

Yeah Kaz said if you on the back grid with 15 cars splashing water in your car game wont run at 60 FPS.

So I really hope as long the FPS is above 30 it will be still a great experience.

I've read something from ~40FPS which is still fluid enough for a game looking this good, with these effects at 1080p.
