^^But.....if her actions contradict "her conditions" that means she doesn't have those conditions.
Sound a bit like saying; "she has a mental disorder, she just doesn't act like it".
I should correct myself from the previous statement, 1 sustainable condition, 2 related but not fully sustained condition and 3 unrelated, yet possible conditions, here are the symptoms I took in consideration:
>Psychosis(The most obvious one, Rocky, Mr. Turnip and Madame LeFlour agrees).
>Cognitive distortion(this one is quite complicated to describe, Wikipedia provides good information about it, but not the most accurate one).
>Splitting(as defence mechanism, also refers to white/black thinking).
>Delusions(
oatmeal, are you crazy?).
>Schizophrenia(refers to party of one, sorry but that episode is the base for this).
>and the constant presence of false dilemmas, which can be consider as a symptom.
I'm aware that all of this goes towards a simple case of Psychosis, but there is more into it, she shown shame and social restrains in several episodes that contradicts the thesis for Psychosis, needless to say, the Pinkie from party of one will not act in the same way as the Pinkie of the Grand Galloping Gala, analogically the Pinkie from the cuttie mark story will not act in the same way as the Pinkie of the first episode, and there is where I find my contradictions.
I also should point out that not all the characters have mental conditions, but there are specific ones like Nightmare moon, Pinkie pie and Trixie(and as a disclaimer, I excluded Gilda from that list because she enters into the normal personality spectrum, and she does not go borderline as some people might suggest, not here obviously) that goes beyond normal personality restrains and enter into psychiatric grounds, and I also point out that Jim is right, they are just characters from a kids TV show, very well designed characters, but kid's TV characters anyway.
Having said that time to sleep, tomorrow will be an equally hard day, so better get some sleep, but it was getting interesting again.
Goodnight everyone.
