HOT! 100 and tomorrow it will be hotter and the humidity is going to go through the roof. Great. :scared: :ouch:

Winter in Seattle ended yesterday so now it's about 75 and sunny, looks like it will be for two months before winter strikes here again.

The weather forecast for today said "abundant sunshine." Even the weather people are overly excited to have more than one consecutive day without rain apparently.

Philly, welcome back to Seattle. I'm glad you are back in time for a late end of winter and some sunshine.

But as he said, it's been a little chilly and raining on and off in Seattle, even though it's *suppose* to be decently nice already (it's way past "spring"). Well here's to hopefully a couple of months of sunshine.

About an hour and a half of constant thunder mixed with sine very heavy rain. Half of Scotland sounds like it's flooding.
It was only a day ago that it was magnificent sunshine.

:irked:

Eight in the morning and it's already 81°, humidity at 88%, feels like 91°. The high is supposed to get to 94° and feel like 110°.

You guys are going through what we went through two weeks ago. We're about to go through it again in the next couple days. Right now, it's been unseasonably cool. By a good 15° at least. I'm loving it.

You guys are going through what we went through two weeks ago.
But you're in SoCal. You're supposed to get this crap so you can go to the beach that's crawling with hotties. The best I can do is drive an hour to get to a lake that's crawling with leeches.

And it's now up to a feels like of 114. At least I got the front yard mowed before the landscapers come tomorrow. I don't think I'll attempt the back today.

Its going to be 91 F today and I've decided on my latest purchase... More A/C.

Going to be all the way up to 43°C (109°F) today, might as well just go bake myself in the oven.

It's 2:41 PM and the temp is 93° at 42% humidity which makes it 105° folks. Our heatwave mk. II has begun. :scared::crazy::grumpy:👎

I'm right there with you, Solid - 86°, 76%, feels like 100 and we're going to a Sheryl Crow concert tonight. Outside. :scared:

I have a small request for the Florida members. The forecast for Orlando next week says scattered thunderstorms, but I'm wondering how it's actually been for you guys.

Going up to 95 again today with 85% humidity. Tomorrow is going to be worse though, 97 degrees naturally with a heat index well into triple digits.

Low temp for July, 31º F...on the 4th of July
Average temp for Nome in July 48.6º F

We haven't had the greatest summer :indiff:

You should probably consider yourself lucky since we've ended up with record heat down here in the lower 48. An average temp of about 49 degrees sounds good for me right about now, we've had an average temp in the high 80's .

A toasty 113 today. We've now crossed over 40 days with 100 degree temperatures this year, and no sign of letting up.

We just had a storm roll through and the temperature dropped from 80 to 60 in about 1-1.5 hours. Despite it pouring, thanks to the wind direction I was able to keep the door open and listen to the rain. Quite relaxing.

Our 100 degree streak ended yesterday with 40 days, 2 days shy of the record in 1980. Today & tomorrow will be high 90's, though, with a return to 100 degree weather starting next week. :ouch:

Arizona: Where you can have a high heat advisory and a flash flood warning in the same day...

Vancouver: Where you can have torrential rains, sun, hail, overcast clouds, sun, snow, oh and wind warnings.....during lunch. Haha.

The US stole all our heat this year. We've barely had a summer this year although hopefully that means a good snowboarding season.

Auckland: Cold as 🤬
It was the first time it snowed in 72 years and it didn't settle at all where I was :grumpy:. It's a scarf, beanie, gloves and probably 10 layers of clothing tomorrow

EDIT: Found a few good pictures on the FB Page 'That time it snowed in Auckland'
The good-ish photos are 14-21, 23-7 and 30-1.
