I hope it actually freezes again tonight like it's expected since the rain was just on the ground long enough for it to stay for the night.

There's still a couple puddles around, it's been rumoured the ice storm could actually show a couple appearences tonight.

Forgotten what rain is like, just as our tank got so low it was picking rust off the bottom of it, we than had to switch to Murray water, we're hopefully better now.

A nice change from the dry weather, huh?

Snowed again this morning and afternoon. Snowfall warning is in effect for much of Greater Vancouver...this must be the 10th snowfall this year, more than any year I can remember living here. Right now it changed to rain though, so the streets are nasty out there.

I am now working at a bank in Glen Cove; here it started snowing like about 2pm or so. After 2 hours, it became rain.

My family told me they didn't get any snow either where I live.

I wish i could get a phoho, this is just AMAZING, it poured all night here, it is incredible, i think we got about 10mm out there.

Edit: I'm soaked, we had about 12mm.

The lovely rains came to Adelaide this morning, has been raining fairly heavily non stop all day since. I was out in it for a couple hours, got soaked but loving it.

It was black down South here, wish i could get a photo, but my camera won't connect to the computer To the North it was as bright as hell, to the South it was as dark as hell, i have not seen a proper Winter weather for years, and it happened in the middle of Summer!

Also, it's nice and warm, about 30C right now at 8:37pm

11 people were killed yesterday including a 2 year old boy when a wall was blown over and crushed him, half Manchester city center was closed off and traffic was just mayhem down Oxford and Wilmslow road. Fortnately the wind isn't bad today.

There were chicanes on my route today from branches that fell off trees, there were bent speed signs, a lot of wooden fences on the pavement and also a few brick walls on the floor. Weather in London was crazy yesterday.

Finally, after a week of sub 30 degree nights, it finally warmed up. The low was 42, which is much better than 24-30, let me tell you, boy.

Yesterday, it was bright, clear and sunny, but chilly. Today, cloudy, but mostly sunny and a bit warmer. Low 42, high 69.

As of 9:26 am it is -2° F shooting for a high of 15°. Correction - ForcastFox just updated. We're up to 6°!

No they're from all over, they're pics people have submitted to the BBC news website. It's not been too bad here compared to some places, mainly sign posts and advertising hordings have been ripped off and fences have blown over that sort of thing here.

Texas is expected to get hit with snowstorms and the chance of ice has dropped.

It better be though! I have a long over-due appointment to a local dealer.

Yesterday it snowed from about 6 to 10 in Deer Park, which, Ozzy is Just in the Middle of the Island. Its north of North Babylon on 231. South of the LIE. West of the Sagtikos.

An electronic temperature sign (one of many on the main roads, maybe not dead accurate but still close) said 16 degrees C at about 3:00PM while I was driving in heavy rain.

Very nice today. Cloudy and in the forties. I was out all day in shorts and a tee-shirt no problem.

Any Sydneyers here. I was looking in the paper and observed that they went from like 105ºF to about 75º in one day. The next day, they would be around 85. Wow.

It's back to good old warm weather here in SoCal. After about a month, it finally went past 65 for a high, and the low was above 45. In fact, I wore short pants and a t-shirt and without a sweater or a jacket.

It's too dry, though. We need rain! We're about 5 inches behind our norm. That's not good. No rain in the forecast for the next week, or so.
