It's been either cloudy and warm/rainy or sunny and freezing cold here for the last while, leading me to think that winter is pretty much over aside from the two more odd snowstorms we'll probably be getting before everything's done.

Goodbye, Winter. See you in a year. :(

Good riddance, you mean?

Its absolutely frigid out there, I'm amazed by how cold it actually feels out there. I'd give it two weeks, and at least one more actual "major" snowfall, and we're pretty much done around here.

Welcome sun and spring!

RAIN!

Haven't seen rain for ages, was so excited i got my BMX bike and did wheelies in the mud. :)

Pour down. I had to go out on a work pick up and spent 1/2 an hour standing in the rain. Got absolutley SOAKED right through. Man this feels so good.

It was very cold today and the past couple, but in the next week it's supposed to break the 50s and be raining the whole time. I was looking at our averages for March recently and it's normal to slowly climb through the high 40s and into the high 50s by the end of the month. It's about damn time. I got out of the mood for snow a month ago now.

Thunderstorms!!! Woo.. As I type I can hear it and see flashes. My god its been so long since I have heard thunder or seen lightning. Truly an awesome sight to see.

Is it that hot down in the Bay area? I always thought it was more between what we get in the Northwest and LA.

The Bay Area is actually pretty funky when it comes to weather. In the city its much cooler but will still get 100+ on occasions. I live just north on top of a hill so the sun beats down on the house all day... Some spots get lots of fog all year round so it stays cooler in those spots, here in Fairfax its usually 90-95+ all day long. At night in the city it gets pretty cold for summer. Its weird...

Clear, sunny, seventy-three degrees. Perfect weather to go crank some corners...

I just looked at the forecast for the week. Perhaps I shouldn't have.

It's still that cold there? With the way it's been in Michigan you'd think that winter was pretty much over everywhere.

It's warm and sunny in Michigan right now. Apparently home got hit pretty hard with snow which is odd.

The temps are going to take a nose-dive later in the week, which sucks, but I think its fairly safe to say that despite the possibility of a small bit of snow, spring is otherwise here. Hooray!

I heard it was supposed to snow a little bit more here next week. Which is conveniently the same time I'm in Seattle for spring break. :grumpy:

My sons preschool is canceled, my wife has decided to not go to a class at work in the morning and if I venture my way out to work I might not make it home as it's supposed to get really ugly out sometime around noon.

Whole family snow day tomorrow? Quite possibly...

Either that or it won't come until May. Or maybe we're just having it here in Michigan. It feels a lot like Seattle outside right now.

Things should be more back to normal ish by Friday, when I leave Michigan where it should be snowing and land in Seattle where it should be 55 and sunny.

No travel is advised in the entire city, with talks about arresting people who are out, and yet here I sit at work.

Yippee!
