Pretty heavy snow fall here, just took a walk in it and saw thunder and lightning aswell, really bazaar.

Lol that's considered a light dusting up here In Canadaland. Although, thunder and lightning would be pretty cool to experience with snow.

Apparently cars are sliding all over the place tonight in the UK. Oh dear. Less than an inch of snow and it all goes to pot! Mind you, the slush has melted and re-frozen so some areas are lethal.

It's from 2-4 inches down here. Watching people flooring the accelerator up hills is quite funny.

Oh and, it's SNOWING!

A nice layer of snow here in Grimstad now, and the whole town looks absolutely beautiful. It's amazing how some decorations and snow suddenly get you in the Christmas mood 👍

Apparently at home we have nearly half a meter already since last month.

EDIT: Forecast for next week is going up into the low 30's, then a fine 25C christmas day.

Calling for 2-3 inches of snow tomorrow, starting overnight tonight. It's not even technically winter yet. Looks like it will be a White Christmas afterall.

Everyonje here is preparing for the Storm Of The Century, or as everyone makes it sound. 8-12" starting around midnight, some other mix-weather bits with it. Be nice to get a Thunder-snow like Mark-T.. They're quite rare. (Had one here this year.. First I've ever witnessed.)

Thursday night I was sat in a pub in town as all the snow came down, lightning flashing, made for quite an epic sight, accompanied by a few pints making it an enjoyable evening
Most of it is still here, we had 6-8" here and the recreational field opposite us has just 1 snowman in, ours, other than that it's practically untouched but for trails of footprints from people walking dogs.
More snowfall expected tonight too!

Heading up to 34C today with pleasant conditions, then up to 40C (105F) tomorrow, with the effects of the cyclone up north possibly bringing strong winds.
