Saw it on the news... Everything is just wet and fairly windy here, nothing too dramatic.

Typical summers day here, it's currently 26 °c but will reach low to mid 30's by this afternoon. Oh well that's why god invented air conditioners.

26F here
going to be 38 tomorrow then 46 and 44 then 38 the next 4 days.

Ice is unsafe No snow what a lovely winter

Damn, all of you guys have freezing weather. I've personally never seen temperatures below 30 degrees fahrenheit myself, and I think that's as much as I can bear. As for the weather where I live, it's sunny and 57 degrees out. :dopey: And being the desert, it's dry as ever; we haven't had rain in weeks. :grumpy:

I know right. I have never seen anything below about 2C or 35F, and I see people complaining about not having snow on Christmas. They would never survive here. I have never seen snow in my life and Christmas day this year was 35C. :p

Our climate falls just outside of the desert category, though I could still call it a desert with less than 100mm of rain over summer (the majority of that generally comes from the occasional flash storm) and 3-400 for the whole year.

2 people were killed by the weather in the UK yesterday. Less than I was expecting to be honest! The winds have died down here now, it's just gone back to being cold.

CARCRASH
Absolutely rubbish here, It's drizzling and it's windy and it's getting dark.

It does generally get dark and rain in winter. ;) I love summer in England though, it's the best day of the year.

Still in the 60's here in the daytime...I get the feeling we're going to pay hard for this.

Blowing like hell here at the minute, the Met office shows wind speed at around 40mph with the highest so far tonight being 63mph. :scared:

On the plus side it's getting warmer.. Apparently.

Hmmm who likes windspeeds of 60mph+ and Severe rainfall and huge thunderstorms? You should visit Holland ofcourse! No really it is like that atm. And it sucks because i cant sleep.

Today - new record high of 51°F (old record was 46)
Tonight - low of 17°F, with a wind chill of -2°F. Cold, but doable.
Tomorrow - high of 22°F, wind chill of -2. Again, still doable.
Tomorrow night - low of -2°F, wind chill of -31°F. Not nice.

An 82 degree drop in 36 hours. Do. Not. Like. :irked:

With a maximum of just 21C, the last couple of days have been among the coldest January days here in a long time. Back into the mid 20's by tomorrow and the mid 30's by early next week. :)

Well, it was raining heavily when I had my driving test. All day long, it's been a hot 32 degree celcius. So I can predict that for the next couple of days there will be heavy showers every day at 12 noon...

sunny, extremely cold, tonight will be 28 F (-2.2 C), and for tomorrow will 44 F (6.6C). A slight possibility of snow (on Sunday) in the lower elevations.

We're on track for a wind chill of -29°F instead of the forecasted -31°F so now it's only an 80°F drop in 36 hours.

Could you be anymore opposite?

-1 C today which isn't too bad at all. I rather it be cool than when it gets too hot in the summer. Now if the mountains could get some more snow... That would be good.

Grey.

This German weather has been grey, windy and cold without snow for a long time.

Weather, I am disappoint.

Well the temperature has dropped to about 15C with chilly gale force winds on this overcast, almost stormy like evening. It feels like winter again.

It's been sunny and beautiful here for the past couple of days, but of course, without the cloud cover, it's been really cold, hovering around freezing at night.

This. Temperatures will go down considerably (also under 0) this week though. More sunshine also.

So, where are you actually from?

Edit: Oh from wales?
