It was 70 today and not a cloud in sight. Bright blue skies. Weird, since they're saying a big storm is coming. Going to last three days now, since it's clearly moving very slowly.

Tomorrow, the weather will be about the same but with the clouds coming in.

Yep. It's here already. Dark clouds completely covering the sky, high cold winds and low temps today. Around 59 degrees. The storm coming is a long cold one. Expect more snow. They say it's going to last at least three days.

We are under a Winter Weather advisory. Weatherman is calling for 3-5" of the fluffy stuff overnight. Tomorrows work commute could be interesting.

Don't worry about it. We've experienced 30" in one storm before so this is nothing

Sure is lovely day here. No sunshine, as usual, but its warm enough for shorts and we've had all the doors and windows open all night. Roll on summer!

So we got a solid 6-8 inches of snow overnight. A couple friends and I went drifting all around town. We gave up when we began struggling to start because our cars are too low, and to steer because our wheel wells were packed with snow.

Showers likely, then showers and possibly a thunderstorm after 8am. Some of the storms could produce heavy rainfall. High near 61. Breezy, with a south southeast wind 10 to 20 mph becoming west southwest in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 30 mph. Chance of precipitation is 90%. New rainfall amounts between a quarter and half of an inch possible.

Which sucks because I ride a bicycle to get to work and the last time I went in the rain I was soaked head to toe by the time I got there. Might just use a personal day on Friday and stay home.

That's what they're saying to us here in SoCal. Friday. I'm sure we'll get some before then, but this storm is taking its sweet time getting here. So, I guess the shopping will be done tomorrow since Friday looks like a bad day to be out.

I find it amusing you guys think 60's is cold.

60 is cold when a few days ago it was 86!

Oh don't go there, I used to drive around in Colorado winters with the top down in my Miata.

Not complaining about the day temps, mostly the rain that I would have to ride in.

Beautiful. Absolutely couldn't ask for better weather. The Sun has made an appearance for the first time in months and the temperature is around 20 degrees. It really is a lovely day to not be at work, like I'm not.

The last few years I noticed that the seasons shifted. Probably not correct but it seems that the 4 seasons start and end later than before, like it always have been.

46 degrees and raining. High of 49 and low of 40. That should mean a lot a new snow in the mountains.
