I finished off the leftovers from supper last night - rice with broccoli and cheese, some kind of spicy, saucy chicken my wife mixed up and, naturally, chased with tea. Ultra tasty.

EOS 60D to replace my old 20D, also needed something wider than my other lenses so went for a 10-24mm Tamron lens.

At least I'll be able to photograph myself loosing weight and getting drunk now ;)

Ah nice. I recently got a 30D from ebay as an upgrade from a 10D I was given. Need a lens like that, my wide zoom is a 19-35. Which is like a 30-50! Need wider!

Off topic slightly, but does anyone know the name of the big green chilli's you get from the kebab shop? (English)

Love them

Just eating some Texas Grilled Fritos. These Fritos had grill marks on them. They remind me of something, when we used to fire up the barbeque and throw down some fritos. I can still see my dad with the apron on, better flip that frito, dad, you know how I like mine.”

I had a Pizza Hut for lunch. It was really tasty but after I felt like I wanted more. It was a take away and I was in the office when this feeling occurred. :grumpy:

Just cooked my own Chicken Chow Mein, I work part time as a chinese takeaway delivery driver, so got expert help with it lol

Was proper hot though, 2 red Birdseye Chilli hit the spot

I just made myself some couscous and roasted veggies, the Jamie Oliver book I posted in the latest purchase thread has completely domesticated me haha! :sly:

Homemade tapenade with toast. Awesome.

Tapenade
1/2 pound pitted mixed olives
2 anchovy fillets, rinsed
1 small clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons capers
2 to 3 fresh basil leaves
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

Thoroughly rinse the olives in cool water. Place all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor. Process to combine, stopping to scrape down the sides of the bowl, until the mixture becomes a coarse paste, approximately 1 to 2 minutes total. Transfer to a bowl and serve.

Tonights dinner was from Juanita's Mexican Food. Affortable yet quality mexican-style food.

I had the shredded beef taco, with shredded beef burrito with beans and cheese, side order of rice (shared).
