My grandma is from Leon, Guanajuato, and so is my mother from the same city. My father is from a small ranch outside the city of Guanjuato, which is around central parts of Mexico. Spanish is also my first language. Its me, my uncle (both of us born in Anaheim CA) and my younger brother and sister (born in Seattle) are from the USA

Mexican meals pretty much every day in my home. I'm also learning too cook the meals that my grandma makes

Aparrt from Mexican and American meals, I also love foods from other countries, especially Japanese, Chinese, and Korean

You will post all messages in English.
;)

Today I'm on a diet of M&Ms because I fear that my over eating in a bid to gain weights is going to put strain on my heart despite my rigorous exercising and consumption of lean meats. I can't exercise today because of a lactic acid build up so I don't really need to eat much.

Some deviled ham and crackers with some Arizona brand sweet tea.

Ah, that absolutely explains everything. The Bajío has some bad-ass food, we have some uncles near Guanajuato... wel, mostly near, in Celaya, and whenever we go visitin' they always take us to typical heres and theres over there and got damn 👍

Well, it's nice to know the GTP latin community (more or less) is bigger than about 4 mexicans and two brazilian guys or three. Way to go, semipaisano.

EDIT: Oh and learn that cookin' well, I woulnd't know what I'd do if I didn't have any mexican food with me. I also love other meals, but mexican stuff is just something you need to keep living.

Today - pasta, beef roulade, salad, brown sauce.

Tamales and chiles rellenos (stuffed jalapeños with cheese and cooked in an egg batter) rice, and veggies. Drink besides water we also had "Agua de Jamaica" (not sure if an official English translation is available, according to wikipedia its Hibiscus tea - basically its water, fruit blended until its almost a liquid, and sugar, similar to Orchata)
