I just polished off a pork roast dinner. Fantastic.

Fried chicken and rice, coffee and beer after sauna.

Well, I just had a healty brunch of four slices of swiss cheese and a half of a bag of Sriracha Lay's.

Screw my diet! :p

Just had a couple chicken enchiladas for lunch.

Dinner tonight will be Maxwell St Polish sausages.

Beef and Bacon Casserole Leftovers

I think they have been disposed of rather than become leftovers.

Beef and bacon casserole looks delicious 👍

Had some applewood smoked white cheddar and crackers tonight, followed by a bowl of ramen, and then my roommate found a bag of shredded cheddar cheese in his fridge that expires in a week, so we made nachos with the cheese and some wheat thins .

Oh, it is! Trust me. ;)

Instead of making a cheese sauce, make a cheese spread. Just add a few tbls. of spreadable butter, pinch of salt, a little bit of white wine and put it in a food processor. If you don't mind a red tint, red wine is OK too. If you don't mind a green tint, add a couple of jalapenos.

Scotch fillet steak, potato gratin and garden salad.

Cheers Shaun.

Let's see. Breakfast was a Wispa bar and some Rib N Saucy Nik Naks. Lunch was 2 Strongbow and 4 Jim Bean & Coke plus 10 BBQ'd (mystery) meat sticks from some old girl with a portable BBQ on wheels. Dinner was a quick McWings meal at my favourite high class restaurant.

I'll definitely try that some time at home. I'm living in a college dorm though, all I have is a kettle and a microwave, we just sprinkled the pre-shredded cheese on the crackers and microwaved them.

Did that for years when I was a kid! Nothing wrong with that! In fact, I used Velveeta Slices or Kraft Singles. :D

Had a salami sandwich for brunch.

I just bought 35 pounds of BBQ smoking wood. Looks like I'll be smoking something tomorrow. Boneless Pork Loin Chops, in fact. :)

BBQ Smoking Wood Chunks

My old supplier started charging $14 for a five pound box of smoking wood. Plus, shipping more than DOUBLED in the past two years since I last ordered. For twenty pounds of smoking wood, he wanted nearly $50 for shipping alone!!! That's just under $100 for twenty pounds for smoking wood. Ridiculous!

So, when Home Depot online store had a deal for five pound bags of wood smoking chunks for $5.99 each, I just couldn't pass it up. And, if I bought $45 worth, FREE SHIPPING!!! I can't pass up a deal like that, so I didn't. So, I got 35 pounds of smoking wood, and some other items, for just over $45! I saved $77 in shipping costs on this order alone! :D

Drinking a can of Cherry Coke :D

Crispbread with butter and edam cheese and a mug of hot chocolate.

Decent amount of spiciness, but ultimately I'd suggest you pass on these.

Dinner was Spinach and Spring Salad with Kidney, Garbanzo Beans, HBE with 1,000 Island Dressing.

For dinner I had crispy chicken wraps, with salsa, sour cream, lettuce and peppers.

And now a blood orange, a bag of pretzels and a glass of Irn Bru to finish off my late night snack.

Two handfuls of mixed nuts for a midnight snack.

Drinking a large blue slush. I was thirsty and it was only $1.39...

For dinner I had... look at the post above. But, with corn and not carrots.

Pagey279 thats the same Ice Cream my mom loves, I buy her one, once in a while (sort of my way of saying 'thanks' to her) 20 minutes later she finishes it.

A few minutes ago just finished eating some beef tongue tacos, I love how my grandma makes them. Topped with Pico de gallo, and hot salsa.

I just had some fried rice for lunch and a Mars bar when I got to work.

I bought 2 McD's spicy wing meals today because I haven't eaten properly for a few days.

Toad-in-the-Hole last night...

...then I had something to eat! :dopey:
