Easter ham sammiches and water. Much better than Subway!

Toasted sub rolls, Pepperjack & American cheese, mayo, lettuce, and a drizzle of honey mustard.

Roasted chicken breast coated in a home made honey & chilli glaze and served in toasted sesame buns. So delicious that this post has taken me over 10 minutes to type. ;)

The boys wanted to give it a try. They liked it, I didn't. First thing I've had to eat since dinner last night and it wasn't that good.

My friend made this for her kids' lunch tomorrow.

Why are japanese moms so creative?

Nothing!

I wake up every morning feeling very depressed (since a couple of days) and I can't eat. I guess not taking medication is taking it's toll.:indiff:

I had the same chicken dish I had yesterday, but today I made it spicier. Haven't had anything but water to drink and in the morning I got a Chinese pancake type thing. I'm not sure about dinner but I might get some meat to make burgers with and treat myself to a bottle of Coke.

I had a packed meal of Japanese Sushi for dinner today, pre-ordered to my dad to buy for me. :D

Two spicy meatball baguettes but I didn't have any curry or anything to make a sauce with so they were a bit dry. Anyhow, I'm finally getting the hang of this cooking business.

Kiwi, orange, dried cranberries and strawberries and slice of bread with honey.

I use to eat a lot of Manuka honey (also organic) from New Zealand. If I had an infected wound, I put some Manuka honey on it and the infection went away.

Her we go again but due to the nuclear accident in Fukushima, I stopped eating honey from New Zealand.

I think the reason why honey works so well on wounds is because it's hygroscopic. Infections need water to live. Honey takes it all away. No more infection.

Had a hot dog with mustard and relish for brunch. Dinner? Whatever the youngest boy wants. The oldest boy hardly ever eats here, anymore. Too busy going to fast food places with his buddies. 17 years old. I was no different.

Canned peaches in extra light syrup. I prefer heavy syrup though.

'Dat Molasses Hill sub. The picture doesn't do this sub justice. This thing is a foot long and there's a pound of meat on it. You should see it cut in half from the side.

I am so curious where all your knowledge of Dutch habbits comes from.

I'm Dutch. Well, Dutch-American. Lived in Holland a few years in my life. I know all the Dutch customs. Entire family lives there. Here in the US, it's just me, mom, brother and sister. Everybody else are in Holland.

I had left over pork mince from last night's meatballs so I used it for a breakfast burger. Would have been better with some cheese but I didn't have any to hand.

Not quite as good as McD's, but I'm working on it.

Certainly does, but I've only just started using it this week, after living with it for 3 years. Somebody else made all of that mess. :)

You think I cook regularly? A friend I had over last week added to that mess and I'm not cleaning up the mess that she made, she can do it when she comes over next.

If I used my kitchen for purposes other than storing cold drinks in the fridge then McDonald's would have been in administration a long time ago! :D
