What are you Eating/Drinking?

I had 2 lbs of hamburger to cook so I divided into 4 meals. 1/2 lb each seasoned with Mrs Dash. Cooked medium rare in the George for 5 minutes. Also had some left over fresh mushrooms. Topped off with thin sliced tomatoes and a slice of cheese. Then threw in a few tater tots that were nuked in the microwave. Added a little "Stubbs" bbq sauce.

My grandma gave me a pretty killer life hack to clean the george really fast. As soon as your food is done cooking, removed, and it is unplugged, place a wet paper towel or wet wash cloth inside the george and close the lid while you eat. When you are finished eating, you can just wipe it clean. Worked VERY well. :)

Try some Famous Dave's Steak & Burger seasoning, good stuff!

Refrigerated naan bread, carrots, and water. Just a light lunch before work

Naan is freaking delicious. Especially the garlic version we usually get at Costco.

Speaking of Costco, we had one of their rotisserie chickens for supper.

Last night I grilled. I coated some steaks in a local sauce called Screamin' Mimi's Garlic Sauce, I coated some pork chops with Mark's Feed Store Barbecue Sauce and then sprinkled on a little Bone Suckin' BBQ Rub, and then I tossed some potato wedges in olive oil and Cavender's No Salt Greek Seasoning.

The wedges came out a little over done, Some of them had entire sides that got blackened. I was following online instructions for grilling wedges, but it was too much time on too much heat, especially for the pieces near the back of the grill.

Everything else was delicious.

I ate my 2nd serving of my hamburger meal from post#14025 last night. Then had half a serving of Reeses minis for desert.

^ Sweet as hell! :yuck:

Had a BLT and some fries for lunch.

Eyes were bigger than my stomach tonight.

Made a large Italian beef sandwich topped with hot giardiniera and melted provolone. Was only able to take down about 2/3 of it.

Good news is I have lunch tomorrow. :)

@Brett - It looks like you did selective coloring on the can and M&Ms.

My son wanted to try Jalepeno poppers tonight and who am I to say no to a kid wanting to try a new food? My wife can't have them (wheat in the breading) and the kids ate a few but got full after eating the homemade pizza so I, begrudgingly, ate theirs. :D

Last night I grilled some burgers and hot dogs. I had leftovers for today's lunch.

Three day marinade (unintended) with Sweet Baby Ray's Teriyaki marinade. Very tender, except for the tip of course. Cut very easily with a table knife :)

I just ate Strawberry Shredded Wheats. Actually really good. And drank milk. Obviously, because I do not eat Strawberry Shredded Wheats without milk in the bowl also.

My neighbor gave me some home made strawberry jam, good stuff!

Pulled buffalo chicken sandwich with ranch dressing and lettuce on a Portuguese roll. It was a bit messy, to say the least.

I'm not the guy for ranch or lettuce, but add some Mayonnaise and that sounds great. :)

Why does messy food always have to taste good?:banghead::confused::odd:

Well, I'm not the guy for mayonnaise. :p

I know, right? :indiff:

I haven't eaten much all day so the two bowls of rice and lentils with a piece of Naan was, just maybe, not the best idea...

Taco night.

I'm trying to convince my wife that her eating habits need to improve, if only to affect those of our daughter. That just starts a fight. But compare: Mine has fresh diced onions, tomatoes, and lettuce. My wife's...well, there's salsa.

Rain last night so I baked some chicken drumsticks rubbed with Famous Dave's Country Roast Chicken seasoning. Also had corn on the cob and some garlic toast.
