Yesterday, I had a lasagne. A one person portion, devided by two (my father and me). It wasn't enough and I was so hungry yesterday afternoon that I prepared moussaka.
 
What do you make yours with?

I use minced beef and potato slices.
  • Minced meat
  • Sliced tomatos
  • Sliced Aubergines
  • sliced patatos
  • Minced cheese
  • White sauce (I think)
  • Herbs and spices
I didn't actually prepare it myself, I just had to put it in the oven.
 
Day four of the low carb diet and I'm not dead yet.

Not the same as a proper fajita with tortillas but not bad. A lot less calories, though!
 
I'd like to try to make Lasagna and moussake from scratch. :scared:

I'm not a chef, not even a good cook, so .............

I need to expend my horizon. 💡 :lol:
 
Just a couple of hours ago had some Takoyaki in Osaka, and fried cow tongue for the first time (pictured).
It was actually delicious!
