I'm almost certain you aren't going to eat that amount in chocolate, let alone that much of chocolate that strong.

Any new recipes to teach us?

let alone that much of chocolate that strong.
Anything north of 85% is strong. Seventy is still fairly sweet.

Damn it Solid. Now I want some chocolate and all we have in the house is Hershey's syrup and milk chocolate chips. :irked:

I'm enjoying a glass of Old Howling Bastard, not the best barleywine I've had but I'm still enjoying it quite a bit. The malt is very much there and quite strong, but it's very heavily hopped for a barleywine. The good kind of hopped, where they provide more oily fruitiness than they do bitterness, like in a good IPA. And it's local-ish, so that's nice as well.

I've been on a big barleywine kick lately. They're so different than what most people think of when they think of beer.

Not saying I ate it all, just a few pieces.

Nope. I tried making 'Turtle Dogs' but it was a disaster. I might try again soon.

70% Lindt has 13g of sugar for two pieces and a glass of 100% fruit juice is 36g of sugar for 3/4 cup. I'd rather have the chocolate.

I agree, the 70% still has a notable sweetness to it, and I prefer the 85% but I can't get a good deal on it, nor can I find it. The 70% Lindt was 'two for $3' and I would have bought more, if they had any left.

You should always have some dark chocolate stored in house in case of emergencies. :sly:

BBQ Beef Brisket sandwich, chips, and a Bell's Amber Ale. Awesomely tasty dinner.

The KFC Double Down.......I want this in Australia NOW!! Either that or I'm making them make me a version of it using two Zinger fillets instead. :trouble:

^ It's been available in some cities for a while. Does that mean it'll be available everywhere now? Part of me is curious and the other part will likely force a horrendous gag reflex on the grease that pours out of that thing.

From the likes of something I would imagine Pako or Der Alta eating, I'm currently consuming a cajun grilled boneless-skinless chicken breast along with a bowl of bran flakes.
