And now that I'm all hopped up on sugar, I'm off to bed.

I went to Qdoba for lunch today. I had a grilled steak quesadilla. Sooooooooooooooo awesome. I need to go there more often.

 @ TB....so so true. :D

Anyway, in 8 days you guys in the USA will get to feast on this!!

The KFC Double Down.......I want this in Australia NOW!! Either that or I'm making them make me a version of it using two Zinger fillets instead. :trouble:

Is that a literal chicken sammich?

That's damn awesome.

Stove Top stuffing, sweet potato, turkey burger with mayo, cheese and entirely too much Devils Spit (plus a bunch of spinach, 'cause it's more awesomer than lettuce, added after the pic) and tea.

The first grilled food of the year, too!👍

Just tried a KFC instant heart attack(aka Double Down). It was ok at best, probably won't get it again since it's rather expensive($7 for the meal).

Right now I'm drinking a Wild Cherry Pepsi and waiting for my Fettuccine Alfredo dinner in an hour or so.

Count me for a 3rd trying the Double Down. Doesn't look very appetizing grilled, so I may order crispy next time. Pretty good, though, & hot.

Edit* The grease in this thing is disgusting.
What's left of this "meal".

Jesus. I was interested, but count me out now.

I wouldn't care if you had DOUBLE the grease in there, I'd still rock that double down like it was no tomorrow.....and considering the amount of grease in it, if I ate it I probably wouldn't make it to tomorrow.

So, you guys get to choose whether it's grilled or crispy with your double downs?? Interesting. The only thing grilled at KFC here in Oz is the "cajun grill" chicken.

On topic, about to have some crumbed fish with some potato bake.....mmmm......yummy.

Made these last night for the first time ever. Its hard to tell by the pics but some of the pieces of meat are 2 inches thick. So cooking took a little longer than normal but turned out really good.
Steak, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, orange bell pepper, and mushrooms.

It was actually very undercooked. Way too thick but thats ok still tasted great. I just ate some of the leftovers for lunch. Next time I will cut the pieces much smaller. Charcoal also needed to be much hotter.

Nice 👍

I'm having my first BBQ of the year on Sunday so might take a picture if I remember before wolfing it down :D
