I was drinking a beer, now it's Pepsi Twist.
I'd ask for my money back. :p

Supper was a pork loin and Stove Top. The pork loin kinda sucked but the boys liked it. Which is good because there is a bunch left.

It's damn good.

I finally tracked some down yesterday. It's weird, Holly's Snapple is everywhere around here but only one place carries Bret's.

Both are damn good though.
 
Had a tremendous day today for Father's Day. Fried Chicken, baked beans, potato salad, root beer, cookies, crab salad sandwhich, steak & eggs, waffles, hashbrowns, 711 slushies, hot dogs, more slushies, more soda, a lot of food and drinks.
 
For fathers day we had a big pile of S.O.S. (🤬 on a shingle) with sunny side up eggs., and tons of Tabasco.

Than for dinner it was stuffed pork chops the size of footballs, with homemade pickled green beans.
 
I'm currently eating (for main meals) nothing but rice this week.

I just finished some Uncle Ben's instant rice, which wasn't terrible, and I had it mixed with Kraft Zesty Italian salad dressing and a spoonful of horseradish. Damn good stuff to mix rice with, I must say.
 
Drinking a Pyramid Curve Ball Summer Ale. Not very impressed with it; it's kind of bland.
 
Drinking a can of 7up at the moment, makes a refreshing change from the usual can of Coke I like to have.
 
My 9 year-old made me lunch just now. Beef bologna and American cheese on plain white bread with a side of Blazin' Buffalo Ranch Doritos.

Made some oyakodon.
You know, I never gave the name any thought when I was growing up in Japan. I never liked it anyway, I always preferred katsudon.

" the oyakodon, literally meaning "parent-and-child donburi", is poetic name for a chicken and egg rice bowl dish."

Am I the only one who finds the naming brutal? :lol:
 
Eating some generic noodles I found in the pantry, should hold me over until either my mom gets home, or I can think of anything interesting with the ingredients in the fridge.
 
Homemade oyakodon. Only after a failed attempt at Chicken Nasi.

As it turns out, I'm out of Nasi mix. My tante can't get her fast enough. She'll be here in about a week and a half. Hopefully with plenty of Nasi mix.
