Hospitalized twice to be drained of multiple liters of fluid because cirrhosis. Not a big deal until you get the bills from the hospital. Watch your weight for a fairly fast change, the shakes and sweats and chills if you don’t drink.

And here’s the first McDonalds burger I’ve had in over ten years I think. McDouble daily special or something.

Should be

I liked it.

I just got finished eating an Ultimate Brownie cookie from Pizza Hut, they are not cheap. It's $10.60 for one and I ate a side of seasoned fries with it, a great wee hours of the morning treat for me to enjoy.

I'm getting sick of sweets, I'ts time for a hamburger, fries and some vegetables. I'm not vvegan so that's okay.

I’m making stuffed bell peppers; the filling is Ricotta cheese, Gouda, bell pepper, spinach, vidalia onions, garlic and lots of Italian seasonings.

While waiting for those to cook in the oven, I took some leftover filling, put it on some sourdough and placed in the pan.. a little snack while I wait.

(With some fresh lemonade on the side)

Later on tonight, I'm eating a roast beef sandwich that I bought at Arby's yesterday and for dessert I got a vanilla milkshake. I don't want to eat it too late after midnight. I'm tired too. Their curly fries are too hot and spicy for me.

Salmon and Tuna Nigiri and Maki set, with a side of grilled salmon rolls.

My local sushi place is probably the best I've had outside Japan or the US, and although it's a tad expensive, it was well worth it.

I actually had the exact same for lunch yesterday and enjoyed it so much that I treated myself to the same thing today, as I was working today for a few hours - however it turned out that the grilled salmon was not what we had ordered yesterday, and we actually had crispy salmon skin rolls, which were absolutely amazing. Still, for a 'disappointment', it was still a 9/10 - and the tuna nigiri is just to die for.

Washed down with a can of VR46 Monster - I swore I'd never touch that stuff, but my mate bought one and I was jealous so I had to buy it as well 😅

For lunch I'm having a chicken wrap with a Caesar salad. I can't put any type of sauce except BBQ. I don't do well with mustard or mayonnaise.
