Sonics are finally starting to pop up around my neighborhood. They are all in weird areas though, I haven't visited one yet. I hear the food is about what you'd expect. Not great, not bad. Any recommendations?

I'm eating a daifuku.

In a world of Carl’s Jr. and In-N-Out, I don’t understand the appeal of Sonic.

I love Carl's Jr, they are my favorite, and the closest. :D

But yeah, even for this fastfood junkie, the reputation of Sonic is just so mediocre. I can't find any excuse to go out of my way to try their food.

I've been to In & Out once, but there isn't one in Oregon. I thought they were really tasty, really simplified menu though.

they have a "secrete" menu... next time ask for a 2x2 or 4x4 animal style... don't know if you ever heard of those.

Labatt Blue Light Lime with chips and salsa. Honestly Labatt Blue Light Lime should be a horrible, awful beer but I love the stuff and it's cheap. I bought 12 for $9.50 + tax. And at 4% I can drink them all night long and never feel it.

$0.70/patty, $0.30/slice of cheese. I’ve been to In-N-Out quite a lot. :D I usually get a 3x2 (3 patties and 2 slices of cheese), animal style. I tend to not get fries because I think they suck, but if I do the only way to get them is “light well”, which means they fry them for a little longer.

At times, I think they put alot of their sauce on the fries which for me kind of kills the fries...
I just ate hot dogs and rice tonight.

Then don’t get animal style fries. :p Animal style fries are disgusting anyway – it’s completely different from their animal style burgers. I’ve seen the tubes of cheese they use for the fries.

Guys, guys, this is very exciting. There is a In-N-Out in Salem, Oregon. Only about an hour away from me. :D:tup:

Also, I thought Francis was feeding me a BS, my apologies!

Voting this as one of the better unintentionally hilarious spelling mistakes.

Had some Chocolate Cheerios for breakfast; found them across the border last week. Tasted... fine.

More excited for tonight: best wings in town, plus this:

I've been eating hot dogs for the past 3 days. Mt. OLIVE RELISH IS ****ING AWESOME!

And it hasn't gotten old?

Not really. I switched between deli mustard, relish, and mustard-based BBQ sauce.

Also, here's an observation: Tostitos chips are hard as fake tits. I'm spoiled on Xochitls.

Hot Dogs are awesome with Sriracha sauce on them(found that out yesterday).

Just finished of a pack of Chocolate Cream Oreo's, things are horrible for you, but they are so good it's worth it.

Thanks Road_Dog!

I went up to a friend's cottage at the beginning of summer, and we had some hot dogs with some home-made bbq sauce from another friend in Virginia, some sriracha, and... honey wheat pretzel sticks. Oddly enough, in a bun, the crunchiness they add tied it all up into some epic lunch.

2lbs of suicide wings, and a pint of Rickard's White = a quality evening.
