Tonight for dinner, we're having some grilled chicken breasts, white rice and some steamed green beans. I'll probably skip dessert tonight though depending on how full I get.

Judge me

For breakfast, I had some pancakes with maple syrup, 1 bagel, 1 English muffin, and some Ore Ida hash browns. My mother had 3 bananas, a bowl of corn flakes with no milk, 2 pieces of toast and 2 pancakes.

Szechuan chicken 'n' prawn fried rice and Malay-style veggie curry. Thought this'd be a scorcher but the combination of spices appears to have cancelled out most of the hotness and turned it into more of a slow burn than a five-alarm conflagration. Whew.

The vegetables are really nice. I could almost eat broccoli were it prepared in this fashion. Almost.

@W3H5

I'm about to pop out and top up... already drunk this much Rum today <hand gesture to indicate a lot>, need the same again for the evening... will order a Curry also tonight.

Watch this Shem, think about it.

One of my favourite pizzas ever has anchovies, pickled capers, olives, tomatoes and buffalo mozzarella.
Edit: forgot basil.

My mouth's watering just thinking about it.

Baja shrimp with jalapenos, bell peppers, tomatillos, black beans, corn, avocado, and an absolutely ridiculous amount of limes served over coconut rice. With some ice cold Coronas and I made a side of fried chill and sugar plantains too. I cannot believe how cheap shrimp were, I got a pound for $6. I also cannot believe how expensive avacados are, they were $3.25 each. I remember when avacadoes were like $.75 a piece. So I spent more on avacados than I did the shrimp. Corona is still the same $9.99 a sixer it's been for years though, so that's nice.
