4th of July BBQ this year is my take on shish kabob.
NY Steak, chicken, tri colored peppers, onions, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes hopefully grilled to perfection.
Wash that all down with a nice Tito’s vodka, macerated blueberries and blueberry lemonade cocktail.

So you went for plan C (for Carbohidrates).An egg sandwich with a little cheese, onion and mayo. Nothing fancy, though the sourdough bread is different.
This will be easier to digest than Ferrari strategy decisions, so there’s that.
