For lunch, we are going to eat 2 turkey subs with onions, tomatoes and lettuce, 2 bags of Baked Lay's potato chips and some French fries.

Salads are jalapeño popper and steakhouse flavored bags
Thin cut pork chops
Shallot and buttered garlic scapes
Canned tomatoes
Sticky Fingers bbq

4th of July BBQ this year is my take on shish kabob.
NY Steak, chicken, tri colored peppers, onions, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes hopefully grilled to perfection.
Wash that all down with a nice Tito’s vodka, macerated blueberries and blueberry lemonade cocktail.

That all and the drinks sound amazing.

I decided to make a pizza after a long day outside:

This was a six day cold ferment. The edges tasted like focaccia.

For breakfast, we're having some plain toast, 3 bagels, 4 pancakes and 4 bananas. It's something light to start the day.

Made some chicken fettuccine Alfredo. Because of my user name, I forgot to snap a photo, and I forgot to pick up a loaf of French bread to make some buttery garlic toast... so I had to eat it on its own, like some kind of barbarian. 😤

Chicken marinated in a Greek vinaigrette with bell peppers, spinach, and feta cheese, tabbouleh, a Mediterranean salad, and pita bread with hummus. One of the more involved meals I've made since this was my first attempt a tabbouleh and hummus. Both turned out pretty good even if the hummus was a bit light on the garlic. I should know that any recipe that calls for garlic you always double it.

For breakfast I had 2 bananas, 3 waffles, 1 apple, 2 pancakes and an English muffin. My mom had some Raisin Bran cereal with no milk, 3 pancakes, 2 waffles, 2 bagels and some hash browns.
