I'm fixing to eat a late night dinner. Having fusilli and spaghetti, some chicken tenders and some plain mashed potatoes. My mom is eating 2 turkey subs, some black-eyed peas and mashed potatoes as well.

Happy turkey day! Recovered enough from my coma to drag myself off the couch and post. 🦃

Made my standard Thanksgiving spread for me and my mom.

Turkey with gravy, garlic mashed potatoes with bacon, candied yams, butter steamed zucchini and yellow squash, cornbread stuffing, and craisin stuffing.

Not pictured: French bread, cranberry sauce, pint of moo juice, and apple pie for dessert.

Thanksgiving lunch of multiple pizzas and KFC filled me up for the day. I’m not sure that’s how thanksgiving is supposed to work, but I certainly was not hungry after that.

Hope you and your family/friends had a safe enjoyable Thanksgiving and feast for all! Enjoy your weekend.

Thanksgiving dinner: turkey burgers with bacon (real bacon, not turkey bacon), aguala, brie, and a cranberry chutney on a brioche bun. Sweet potato, pumpkin, apple fritters with craisins and maple sugar. Green beans fried in a wok with soy sauce and sesame seed oil. We also had pumpkin pie, but I didn't make that because ain't nobody got time for baking.

For dinner tonight, I'm having some chicken tenders, mashed potatoes, green beans and some spaghetti. My mom's eating 2 turkey subs, green beans, white rice and some chicken tenders as well.

I can’t imagine what those are like. I guess I could dunk a salty chip in a glass of lemonade …
You’d just end up with a soggy chip (or “crisp” for our friends in foreign lands). If you can’t find a bag of these, then maybe put a little grated lemon on some regular Lay’s or Utz chips?

I ate some chicken tenders, a turkey sub and some Seggiano spaghetti last night. My mom ate some white rice, green beans and plain red bliss potatoes from Golden Corral.

I made chicken fajitas for my Mum and I tonight and it was pretty good.

I bought a cheapo 'kit' (tortillas, fajita powder mix and salsa) but also added mature cheddar, sour cream, gem lettuce and Nando's medium hot sauce.

I also marinaded the chicken in lemon juice and garlic paste for an hour before frying it, adding in some fried chopped onion and red peppers, and then a small amount of the fajita mix. The end result was very good, and just the right amount of food for me right now.

There was a couple of left-over bits of chicken that I ate using a leaf of gem lettuce as the wrap, and there's enough of the stuff left over to have the whole lot again tomorrow if I buy two more chicken breasts, or I might have it with beef for a change.

I know this is probably out of the ordinary, but I decided to make homemade Rubens for dinner.

Turned out pretty good.

Hey man, haven't seen you post in a long time but I don't pay attention half the time, for dinner I had some steamed white rice, turkey subs, French fries and some spaghetti. My mom ate some chicken tenders, green beans, plain mashed potatoes and some white rice. We tore it up a little while ago, about 5:20pm. How have you been doing, ready for Christmas and New Year's?

Don't worry, that wasn't out of the ordinary, you did a great job making those Ruben's!
