This was lunch and dinner yesterday. It’s food from my local grocery store’s hot bar. Not the worst, but not the best. Everything has entirely too much oil.

I'm making my first attempt at Jerk Chicken today, albeit using a store-bought sauce - but I decided to make my own marinade instead of marinading it in the sauce; so the sauce will be added nearer the end when the chicken is cooking in the oven. The chicken is now in the fridge (10.30am!) and should be good to go by dinner time...

Ilooked it up. I don’t see it on the US Dominos menu. Looks like it’s UK only.

I stopped by the combination KFC/A&W last night. Got a Spicy Poppa Burger combo with a Sweet Lightning Mountain Dew.
