Those tacos look amazing! Is that salmon? I would love to try making my own.

I'm making my first attempt at Jerk Chicken today, albeit using a store-bought sauce - but I decided to make my own marinade instead of marinading it in the sauce; so the sauce will be added nearer the end when the chicken is cooking in the oven. The chicken is now in the fridge (10.30am!) and should be good to go by dinner time...

I didn’t know Dominos sold stuff like this lol. I’m curious about it. Reminds me of something Homer would order on the Simpsons.
I looked it up. I don’t see it on the US Dominos menu. Looks like it’s UK only.

I stopped by the combination KFC/A&W last night. It’s a rather unappetizing photo, but I really do like A&W’s Spicey Papa Burger and fries. Grabbing the Sweet Lightning Mountain Dew from the KFC menu tops it off perfectly.

That makes sense. I always find it funny how American fast food brands switch up their menu for other markets even though they’d likely do just fine introducing stuff like those fries in the U.S.. there are many times me and college buddies would have had those drunk.

That burger reminds me of Big Kahuna, the most unassuming burger

I decided to make pancakes before work (featuring the driest egg I’ve ever made)

Their site does say, usually cause they have local fishermen that bring them fresh seafood so they get what they get but a quick search says they typically use Mahi-Mahi.

if you want potatoes from a pizza joint, US Dominos has Loaded Tots. Probably very similar to the loaded fries in the UK. I’ve had the loaded tater tots. They’re good, but take my advice: don’t order all three at the same time if you’re ordering for one. The portions are larger than they appear.

"Jerk" Chicken...

It was good, but it wasn't 'Jerk Chicken'. I made my own marinade and then seared the chicken before sticking it in the oven with a store-bought sauce. The sauce was a little disappointing, if I make it again, I'd leave the sauce out and leave the chicken to crisp up and make my own hot sauce to serve it with. That said, the chicken was lovely and tender, and the fresh lime was nice. The store-bought rice was also a bit rubbish, so next time it will be entirely homemade. I had 3 bits of chicken and Mum had two, so there's a random one left for lunch tomorrow...
