I pity the poor souls that feed on this with any regularity.
This has me cracking up. Did it not come with a seasoning packet or something with dried vegetables?

I made a pizza with a leftover Japanese milk bread dough:

Smells divine.

For breakfast we ate some sausage patties, 3 blueberry Pop-tarts, 2 bagels, a few bacon strips and 2 pancakes a piece. We're fixing to eat a late lunch. 2 chicken wraps, some baked potato chips and some lettuce and cucumbers. We'll decide what to eat for dinner later on tonight.

Not today's meal, but we were up in Kendal for a few days and and enjoyed a nice meal at an Indian up there last night.

The night before I had a lamb shank.

I roasted a chicken breast crown on a bed of rosemary, thyme and garlic cloves. Midway through I added in a tray of Mediterranean roasting veg and, crucially, a cup of chicken stock. It was pretty damn good, and I made a lush gravy using the stock that had mixed in with the juices of the chicken.

As a bonus, my Mum made a soup using the chicken carcass, and it was really good - better than any store bought soup I've had!!

I also made a pork and apple casserole last night, which was very tasty. The kicker was that the chicken breast crown shown above, plus the four pork shoulder steaks were just two parts of a "3 for £10" deal - so not only was it all really good food, it was super cheap as well.

Chimicurri steak with honey roasted vegetables (orange/purple carrots, parsnips, bell peppers, plablanos, chayote, and potatoes). I made the chimichurri myself since I couldn't actually find it in stores. I don't think I added enough vinegar, though, since it was very sauce-like.

I had to look up who Gordon Fish was but it seems to be the equivalent of our Bird's Eye brand so that looks like it'd make a pretty yummy sandwich.
