Yet another KFC Zinger Stacker and fries combo of the kind I've posted umpteen times in this thread. They seem to have changed the batter slightly so it's crinklier to match their Popeyes rival, unless that's just me.

Like Bauhaus's Pete Murphy here, @Populuxe even has the required cassette player to accompany his multi-screen setup. I threw out all my tapes in the late two thousands and mildly regret it to this day.

Zinger Stacker

Maybe its just because my spice tolerance is better now, or they changed something with it over the years. But I don't find Zinger's nearly as spicy as they used to be. Having said that Zinger Stacker is still my go to at the Colonel's. Best fast food burger out there, imo.

In my wife's favorite episode of Blandings, Timothy Spall's character comes on screen and simply says "Ah, crumpets!" The video below should start just before that scene.



I asked her if the crumpets thing was a recurring gag and she said no. While the episode is hilarious, that one line has always left me confused.

Not really Mountain Dewy but still had a citrus flavor. I'd agree with the comment I read that said it was like a subtle Key Lime.

That honestly doesn’t sound bad. I bet it wouldn’t be too off beat if it were a flavor in one of those fancy donut shops with random flavors.

I made an egg, jalapeño and onion, turkey kielbasa sandwich. Had a slice of pepperjack cheese on it with a tiny bit of mayo.

I’ve had my usually daily dose of beer poison. Seems to be a daily theme but I can’t resist it all the same.

The previous baked bean pics remind me of a rather weird adult video I accidentally stumbled across in my teens, and I haven’t seen baked beans the same way since. Stupid internet.

Still, while the school kitchen is cooking up Khao Soi and Khaw Man Gai, I’ve been eating well. Shame that some days they resort to spaghetti and cheap garlic bread. Often enough there’s some curry to impart flavour on the bland rice.

Anyway, back to the bottle…
