Went this morning to Hash House and bought the Andy’s Sage Fried Chicken Benedict:

Let me explain the portion size a bit though, because if you’re not there the relativity throws you off… it already looks like a large portion of food, but keep in mind the steak knife is not a steak knife. It’s a kitchen knife. That twig of rosemary sticking out the top is not a twig. It’s literally a branch. And that plate is not a plate. It’s a serving platter (compare it to the water cups). An 18" serving platter.

Anyway, it’s mostly a biscuit the size of two of your fists put together covered with a fried chicken breast, lots of scrambled eggs, lots of mashed potato, spinach, cheese, bacon, and chipotle sauce. Delish.

I have some serious questions about Sage's Dietary Death Wish.

Do they check your Blood Pressure with a Seismograph, or just stab an artery and measure how far the blood spurts?

Surprisingly, I have perfectly normal blood pressure (last got it checked, oh, two weeks ago?), and I’m still at under 135 lbs. Just milking the fast metabolism while it lasts.

Fantastic dinner tonight. Fillet Mignon with shallot rösti and steamed green beans. A little sour cream, mayo and sardine liquor mixed together to make the perfect rösti sauce and you're in a state of bliss.

Dad is making oven friend chicken...

Basically its fried chicken that finishes cooking in the oven.. That way you get a nice crispy outside and a juicy inside.

4x4 Animal Style is more addicting than heroin. I haven't had me some in about six months, thanks to overdosing the last time I went (the 4x4 AS, not heroin).

I'm eating nothing, though I'm very hungrig. Sippin' on water 'til lunch.
