A bottle of confidence and a plate of good self-esteem. That and a litre of Dr. Pepper, dill pickle chips, 2 pizza pops, 4 strawberry turnover cookies, and a 710mL bottle of Coca Cola. That's what I had in the last 5 hours.

Wow, you printed a label with your username on it.

Question: do you guys call it canadian bacon over there too, or is it just bacon, and then american bacon.

Hi Omnis, here I am again, but better late than never - we call it bacon over here, just 'bacon' - if we are specifying Canadian Bacon then we're probably talking about Kevin.

Anyway, taking you seriously, I went down this morning to my friend Sophie's greasy spoon down the street and she made me a traditional bacon and egg breakfast and this is what was placed before me:

We are generally big baconators, though, and eat the streaky bacon that comes in packs of strips, too. We'll crisp it and together with lettuce and tomato create a sandwich we call the BLT. We'll lavor and smoke it several different ways, We eats pounds of bacon of all types all year long. AFIK - there is also chocolate coated bacon strips.

Peameal Bacon has always been a top favourite with us.

Ah, that's what I thought. Yeah, I think pretty much everyone in the western world knows what a BLT is. Thanks for sharing, you silly Canadian.

What is involved in this Nasi Lemak?

I want one just from its awesome name!

Unless its goats testees...lol

Owkey, so basically the main element of Nasi Lemak is rice, thus it's name Nasi. What makes it special than any other rice is that it's cooked with a coconut milk, thus earning the name Lemak. Next important element is the spicy or sometimes not that spicy Sambal. Not sure what they call it in English though. A kind of sauce that mixes together with the rice. Then, here comes some other side stuff like either you want to have boiled/fried egg, anchovies, cucumber, peanuts, fried chicken or pretty much anything that you want to eat together with it. Usually served with a banana leaf. It's universal and such a great breakfast :D
