Eating fruit on an empty stomach can have dire consequences. We're talking about dangerous ass explosions here...

Anyways I'm eating a very tasty pecan pastry. 👍

Well, nothing has happened.....yet.

First time posting in this thread. :)

Made a rich boy at work along with some chips. (Get free food from my work) And homemade grapefruit juice!

Wilford Brimley is not amused.

And on the topic of too much sugar, I'm having another round of birthday cupcakes.

I know, Wilfred. I know.

That is really creepy...He looks exactly like my 9th grade English teacher...

Cheap off-brand potato chip. It's not that great.

I know, I'm just a Pacific Northwest fan (and White Caps too) [/off topic ends]

Yeah, nevermind that. Stay on top of your diet, or it'll just get harder & harder. Be nice to your body, and it will be nice to you. It may not seem all that important when you are younger, but as you get older, as you are feeling crappier & crappier every year, and costing so much money & time out of your pocket, you will really appreciate your health. 👍 Good luck man! :)

Medigo - Only other job I've ever had, it was in a Japanese restaurant, and I got free dinner from there. I'd love to have that privilege now. :D my potato chips really suck now......

I'm about to search the refrigerator for some food

Similar advice my grandma and doctor recommends - 90% of the time taste buds win over healthy advice thats when the chocolate and fried snacks tend to arrive at my hands. (btw Im 26 years old now, diagnosed two years ago with diabetes)

I know these advice get old, but it gets truer as you grow older.

I tried that Nissin Chow Mein.... it was better than I thought it'd be. I still like the Yakisoba though.

It was followed by nattou. Eating nattou on rice, and enjoying it, once again, I'm convinced that Japanese people are the toughest people in the world.

I didn't just eat it. I liked it, like I always do! OK, maybe we are just sick.

Roast beef with gravy, seasoned potatoes, yorkshire puddings, turnips and carrots.

Leftovers after Sunday meal - Win!

Well, since I'm pretty much diabetic, I can't really eat anything sugary. But, being the day after easter, I decided to eat 4 M&M's. *gasp*

I'm sorry to hear that. :(

But look on the bright side, all of us on GTPLANET will end up like fat slobs and you will be at a healthy weight! :sly: 👍

Heh, thanks. :P

I'm already skinny for my age, but I play a lot of sports anyways.

Right now I'm drinking reduced fat milk.

Pork chops and beans, with tapatio suace, diet coke.

I'm diabetic too, I shouldn't be eating sugary stuff either.... sometimes I can't help it.

Today while in town I stopped in Starbucks and bought some of their chocolate fudge cake, which, I think, is the best chocolate cake in the world, even if it is a little expensive for one little slice. Full of calories too, so the more the merrier in my eyes.
