You can taste it. All the oils come out into the caramel. And that's a really thin piece. I'm saving the two other good ones for breakfast with Mom tomorrow.

Because Canada is so intensely multi-cultural, we have stores and shops that carry stuff from the corners of the world, but the rambutans that the tropical stores sell are more . . . um, shrivelled? That sounds really good right now! BBQ the chicken, chilies, onions and tomatoes. Make my famous avocado/chilie dip, some sour cream for dippin' after the tortillas are smoked and grilled on the BBQ just long enough to melt the five cheese blend! Mmmmmmmmmmm, good!
