that sounds good just reading it. I might have to copy your meal soon. Except for the beurre blanc.
 
Fresh cooked Lumpia and steam rice.

Man, I haven't had a bami lumpia in ages! I take it your's was a nasi lumpia?


Didn't have smoked chicken. I didn't have time to babysit the smoker. So, I made homemade chicken cordon bleu, with the red corn (really yellow and brown) and the whipped potatoes.

Again, surgar free Jello chocolate pudding with surgar free Cool Whip for desert.

I really have no idea. Mrs. Lifters' bought it. We're all trying to watch our surgar/carb intake. :scared:

I'll find out. That's what i'm doing for the last month and a half, with 25-30 net carbs each day, 20 pounds fat less. More lean mass. I feel so much better. No need to tell you i cheated tonight with the corn cob.
 
The Black Forest Turnover is dangerously addictive. Suicide by diabetes. I actually avoid buying it because I just finish half the pack in a sitting.
But then when I feel that I'm healthy enough again and I've been 'good', I get another pack and try to kill myself with an overload of sugar, fat, and sodium. These are about the healthiest cookies one can get, though. which reminds me - it's cookies and a glass of milk time.
That's what I'm eating and drinking right now at four o'clock on a crisp Canadian morning.

A jog may be in order. Then a shower. ;)

Good idea! I woke up 30 minutes before my alarm, i will go jog outside in 30 minutes!
 
Well, I'm having Lasagne right now. Lasagne layers + Mince + veggies + awesome cheese sauce!

I am about to have some red beans and rice.

Some people just love the carbs! lol It's great stuff. I haven't made red beans and rice in a long time.

I've had a handful of grapes this morning and nothing else until dinner. I just made some potato salad for the burgers tonight. Didn't make the burgers this time. I bought Bubba Burgers. I'll give them a try just once to see if they're as good as some friends have said. I doubt it it's better than mine. I make fantastic burgers. :)
