Broccoli was on sale and I bought about six pounds of it. Froze about three pounds and used two to make homemade broccoli cheddar cheese soup. I had it for brunch just now. The rest of the family didn't want any. Screw them! More for me, right?

I, by chance, ended up eating an Indonesian curry for lunch with some sticky rice and it was ace. I could have eaten two of them if it wasn't for looking like a pig in company.
Lightly smoked chicken (the smoker was not clean to use so I used the grill and it doesn't smoke meat very well), roasted cubed potatoes and corn on the cob with my jalapeno and avocado spread. Ice cold Bud Light Platinum to wash it all down.
